I went back in to have the bad one redone, but only with a much larger prescription(dilaudud 4mg!) Now my ears can be laid upon perfectly and without pain! BTW I was terrified the second time because my doctor isn't like Dr. Gary. He never thought to tell a 16 year old girl with one ear in and one ear out crying Dr what are we now gonna do with my tilted head about?" He didn't have the kindness to mention, ' Diane once cartilidge is out you do not have to remove it again. Therefore now dear no real pain!" Yet I got that prescription and perfect wittle ears in the end!
Although I have no current plans for facial surgery, I very much enjoy your channel. I definitely would choose you as a surgeon based on your skill and temperament.

I have a relevant question: Have you heard about the scarless wound healing though yap-inhibition or fak-inhibition? There is also a drug which could be used off-label for scar removal and healed mice-skin completely. This would be a game changer in scar correction.. . Would you do a Video about it and would you use verteporfin off-label by a patient?
Hey Dr Gary I have a question regarding finasteride. Is it ok to take a quarter of a 5mg tablet every second day? Or must it be taken every single day? I’m 35, been balding since 19. I recently had a hair transplant where they massively over sold, under delivered. Basically said they could restore a large majority of my hair, although only did a very small portion around the hairline. Giant waste of money. They have put me on finasteride, which I may as well take for a few years so the surgery wasn’t a complete waste of my money.
Every second day at 1.25mg is alright but considering your age it might not be enough. Depends on how aggressive your alopecia is, if it's too aggressive (which I'm assuming it is) then you might need a higher dose. If you're just looking to maintain then a quarter every other day should be ok but the recommended dose is typically 1mg per day. I would also recommend you use a dermapen and minoxidil too see how that goes (avoid oral minoxidil it might ruin your cardiovascular health). Give it 6 months and you should begin to see progress :) the fight against balding sucks and is a long commitment but if it's worth it to you then definitely go for it. Also if you're considering a 2nd hair transplant I recommend you wait at least a year while you're taking finasteride before doing it so that you get better results from the transplant. Anyways, best of luck mate

He has a form of alopecia which affects hair . This is caused by an auto immune condition . He is so handsome without hair ! Beautiful smooth facial skin , and charming smile !!!!
