Mouth watering recipe. I would suggest avoid any sour food during any type of fever or allergy bcz during that time our body is already fighting with infection and added infection causing food can worse the situation ketchup, vinegar artificial juices etc

Hello Iqra, always lovely to watch your vlogs .. the main reason k temp kam hota ha lekin garmi zada lagnay ki waja ya ha k .. sun ka angle bht kareeb hota ha european countries syy. plus higher humidity levels can make a given temperature feel hotter because the body's ability to cool itself through sweat evaporation is reduced
thats why we feel more hot even when the temp is around 19, 20 😊

Hey sister your vlogs is too good 💕 or sis AP apny husband ko vitamin c ke miqdar zdha Kary us Sy UN ke allergy kfi Kam ho gyi ..like roz subha orange lay or garam Pani ma sae Pani dal ka us orange ka or subha sy phly peny ko daih us sy un ke body ma vitamin c Mily ga ..or un ke diet pa eggs milk or dry fruits zdha layin I also suffer this type of allergy and my doctor suggest me these things and seriously it's work ..
