    haha...using a size unknown crochet thread, it was given to me by a family friend, and it is absolutely tiny. matching it with a size 1.5 mm hook, wishing i had a steel one rn lol. i hope everything goes well. the pattern is absolutely beautiful.

    I really enjoyed this video and look forward to trying it out :). In other videos using white, can you try a contrasting color in the background so we can better see what you're doing?

    I'm on the first part of this patternand ùi was was wondering if it was supposed to lay flat. Mine has a tendancy to puff. ùis it because I'm crocheting to tight?

    • @captaincrochet6483
      @captaincrochet6483  4 года назад

      Hi are you talking about the beginning where you have to put 17dc into the ring? If so, your ch6 ring might be too tight. You may have to loosen the tension a bit to make the ring bigger. The 17dc should be smooth. If you need to, you can do ch7 or maybe ch 8 to get the right sized ring to fit the 17dc nicely into it. I hope that helps :)

    How many yarns did you use for one piece ??

    • @captaincrochet6483
      @captaincrochet6483  3 года назад

      I'm not too sure but less than 700 yrds. Maybe closer to 300-500 yrds.

      Hi. I can't say for certain how much I used, but probably under 1000 yrds. I say you're safe with 700 yrds. It will most likely be less than that.
