I really enjoyed this! Coming from north of NY city and having some of the best mountain biking, I've been searching out places to ride single track in this area. I live between Greeneville and Jonesboro and have traveled out to Warrior path and winged deer, but this looks like what I'm used to and now have a strong desire to come check out the trails and activities that Knoxville has to offer.
The Knoxville area has a bunch of great trails. Some are beginner-friendly and flowy, and others are more rocky and/or technical. We have flat trails that follow the lake shores, and we have trails with lots of climbing up to scenic outlooks if that's more your thing.

We need to advocate for East Coast of Tellico lake to be accessible for MTB errs! Trails are already there. 😉
