Hello Marc and Paulette.... Very fascinating video... Good job, loved it! "Just embrace it".
It was interesting for us to interview younger people about moving to Mexico full time because they still have to work a full time job. Thanks for watching and commenting Markas. -Marc
welcome to Mexico! 🙂
Gracias Antonio. -Marc
I really love this honest review. I came to Mexico for the first time at 20, and fell in love with beautiful Acapulco. The earthquakes were the deal breakers. I moved at 79 to Queretaro, and I love this safe, less expensive , cool and clean city.
I do speak Spanish as a second language since age 14. I did visit Laredo, Monterrey, San Louis, Potosi, Cuenavaca, Taxco, and Acapulco.
I order from La Comer store for home delivery. I went to Cuajinicuilapa, Guerrero..
I cook my own food, but I did like takeout from Pollo Feliz, Taco La Pata, and grilled Red Snapper in Queretaro from el Serrento. I did not like KFC here. I miss the morro paletas from Acapulco..
acajudi100, thank you so much for sharing your experience in Mexico. Queretaro is a beautiful place. I am inspired by your comment and I think your story is an inspiration for older people to relocate to Mexico. To do what you did at 79 tells me that you have confidence and a sense of adventure. I love it. -Marc
Bienvenidos Amigos !
Very interesting video and really appreciated this interview. We have considered it as well, but only talked about it. It was nice to see a couple about our age also thinking about making changes and moving to better there lives.
Thank you for watching and commenting. They are young and have the drive to succeed in their move to Mexico. -Marc

Confirm that the colonia where you decide to live has fiber optic internet service!
That is very important these days especially since they work on line and upload videos. -Marc
On their way to Guad. I'm sure they fell in love with Aguascalientes...
Hi Chalan TA, I’m not sure if they fell in love with Aguascalientes but we did when we were there. -Marc
Great vid! The new Mexican Dream. Wait until they visit Mexico City.
Hi Jaime, Mexico city is amazing. Thanks for watching and commenting. -Marc

Hola Eva. gracias por mirando y comentando. -Marc
Good video. 19:04 - Are you saying that for example if you live on $1000 per month in the US, then the equivalent in Mexico would be 35% of $1000 = $350 / month?
Hi BeFree. We have a friend who did pretty much exactly that. He found a small studio apartment with a shared kitchen for 250 USD all utilities included including internet. He walked everywhere and ate street food from carts near his house. It's not a lifestyle that's going to enable you to much traveling. Your income will need to be much higher then that if you're trying to get residency here. If you are savvy and frugal enough to live in 1,000 a month in the US. then you can do it for 350 a month here. Thanks for watching and the great question. -Marc
What a great couple! They are going about moving to MX the best way and that's fantastic and I love that they love the culture.
Hi Cindy, they are a great couple. They're doing it while still having to work which can make things more difficult whereas Paulette and i are retired and don't need to work. We enjoyed our time with them. -Marc
Now I'm thinking about doughnuts! 😭😭😭
I'm going to have to go to the pasteleria today. -Marc
Nice
Thanks for watching and commenting Miguel. -Marc
😂😂😂😂 you did a fantastic job on that intro! Love it! 👏
Thanks. Are you in Morelia now? -Marc
@@TheTwoTravelersInMexico Nope! Not yet! 😀
hola amigos
Hola! 😀👋
Hola Wayne. -Marc
Do you feel safe living in Mexico?
We feel very safe. -Marc
I don't mine people moving in to México but when they work remote fron the States and pay taxes there mexican people begin to be push out from this nice areas because they no longer can afford the fost of living.
I am from Merida, Mex and want to move back to be with my family and the prices are starting to go very expensive. ( I live in England)
I'm sorry that is happening. That's exactly what happens though. We hope that you are able to move back with your family. -Marc
Nice, we love inmigrants from all over the world, the only thing we asked to all of you is that you need to learn Spanish, is goint to be easier for you and the people around.
Hi Daniel, we completely agree, learning Spanish helps you pick up so much more of the culture and understand the beauty of Mexico. -Marc
What a charming couple! 🙂
They are indeed charming. -Marc
vien venidos they have paper to llive in this contry
Gracias Jose. -Marc
Si no hablan español no son mexicanos
And I do speak English 😁
Hola kricotas, estamos aprendiendo español, Mexicano es mucho más que hablar español, es entender la belleza y la cultura de México y la gente. Thank you for watching and commenting. -Marc
To expensive now and the new government is very scary now is the time to get out.
Still cheaper then the U.S. Keep in mind that the culture here is what what a lot of people move to Mexico for. There is super majority in government which can be good or bad depending on political stance. Thanks for watching and commenting. -Marc
Bro why would you wear the WALTER WHITE HAT in Mexico ?
What are you implying ?
I'nm not familiar with Walter White but i thought his hat was cool. -Marc
Embrace it? I'm going to give it a big hug when I get there 😂❣️
That's a great attitude to have about Mexico. -Marc
Gentrificadores noooo
