Awwww shit, I remember every time me and my family would watch a movie, me and my dad would go and play a round of the 1998 version of HOD. Because we played it all the time after a movie, we actually got pretty damn good at it. It got to a point where me and my dad made it to the final boss of the game on just 4 quarters and their was a crowd of people behind us watching. We ended up dying at the very end but it's surely a memory I won't forget.

I would argue that Time of Crisis has more depth poured into it. House of the Dead amazing shooter and intense difficulty but Time of Crisis labored through the concept of different weapons, dodging, and quick time events That said, I prefer HotD still because it is so difficult

House of thr Dead 4 is, hands down, is my favorite HotD game. Great gameplay mechanics, amazing graphics (at it's time, and still hold up to this day), great characters (RIP James), great soundtrack, amazing story, amazing bosses, hard as hell final boss, and had some *GREAT voice acting* (Goldman is now a menace!)
