They painted the walls white cause the entire building was full of signatures(history). All the other buildings on that site the MNR bulldozed into the ground. Why they kept one cabin and destroyed the rest of the history is beyond me but they did.
I found a building that is destroyed just up the road. Still half standing. I have a video of it. I was searching for the graves but couldn't find them.
@@jasonintheforest7936 the first grave is before the cabin where the river runs beside the road on the left and the walking trail on the right. Go down the walking trail 20 yards and the second grave is by the river just after the cabin. Stand on the bridge and look north up the river and it’s about 50 yards on the right . It’s kinda grown in now though.

@@NatureBound hopefully I'll get back and see it. This spot of Algonquin is 6hrs from my home and there isn't all that much to do in this section.
