To the young man who spoke in pashto and wants to be a doctor nothing wrong with it and yes wages or sallary will increase In afghanistan one day but poeple do not know how hard people work in london just to eat and pay rent most people do not know this unfortunately so yes do dream to become a doctor but one day hopefull sallaries for the job he is doing now will increase there will be such a time. A word of advice to him, tell him an Engineer from UK says first become a nurse and then you can become a doctor after that do it step by step because he is working, many of us did the same. I worked for four years at night in London as a cleaner hoovering carpets while doing my studying and then after many years I became electrical Engineer , nothing is easy in this world....
