Some drive up ramps are useful when working under a car. I dont know why You Tubers dont seem to use them. Much easier than using axle stands.
I have a set of 3” Race Ramos for the Camaro so I am able to fit a jack underneath it. Probably a good suggestion to get larger one for my economic cars!
You should put a bunch of pizza rolls and tater tots in a drawer for quick access to snacks

Lately I have been filming my video’s super late at night. OR I film for a few minutes at a time and take quick cool off breaks inside. I can’t make excuses! Now a days I just stay up later haha
Been wrenching for 20yrs now. As techs that work in dealerships we have a say and that is “You make the tool box, the tool box don’t make you”. If you love your tool box and it does it’s job, then it doesn’t matter what brand it is. It’s yours, you bought it, and you can do the work you want with it. I’m always happy to see your generation (especially girls) have an interest in learning automotive and try to do it themselves even if it may look intimidating to do. Sadly our industry is losing techs fast. Young techs just don’t have the hands on training. Quick incident at work today, new kid got hired. He’s 2 weeks from completing his automotive training at school. Rolled in his snap on tool box. Snap on sockets, wrenches, air tools, and power tools. His trainer asked him to drain the oil off a car, took him 30 minutes to find drain plug, he was asked to remove hub cap, needed to ask two techs how to do it, was told to remove starter, he had no clue what it was. The trainer walked into managers office and had the kid sent to be a lot porter. You make the tool box, tool box does not make you. Sorry for the long text. Great video.
Holy moly that makes me feel confident enough I’d be hired on the spot and be better than any new hire y’all have gotten in a while! I would just be a pain to deal with because I’m always cracking jokes while I work. Must be nice to have all that Snap On stuff but it’s pointless if he doesn’t even know how to use it!!
@@KaylaRundle trust me, you'd fit it no problem. We always crack jokes too, makes the place more enjoyable and makes time go by fast. But the industry is not like how it used to be, so I just tell people to learn automotive so they can work on there own stuff and not as a job. Yes its scary when a new kid arrives. We definitely don't know what can happen 😬.
@@jcvinaja5542 well I’m hanging around a shop this summer working on a project car and I was at GPI last summer. From what I know, they all loved me!! I have so much fun!

Please only open one drawer at a time. If you have multiple drawers open at the same time you run the risk of having the toolbox tip. I’ve seen it happen a bunch of times
