My instructor got some of these last week and I got to train on a 18 and a 20. Much easier to fly than the other wings. comes up easy in no wind and feels light, How does the symphonia compare to the sonata?
The Symphonia has more agility and shorter brake travel for responses, more feedback ... so it's more suited to pilots who have some flying experience.
Excellent reviews of both PHI Sonata and Symphonia (Feb 2018). One thing came to mind watching these reviews ; it appears to me there's a bit of a performance gap between these 2 gliders . It seems it would be a large step up from the Sonata towards the Symphonia . It reminds me of 777 Paragliders who had such situation. Their higher end starting glider is the PAWN (EN-A ) and the very next glider is the ROOK2 (High end EN-B ) . They realised the performance gap was to large , so they manufactured the 777 KNIGHT to fill the gap between the PAWN and ROOK . Like i said, it appears to be...Just asking?
@@greghamerton4422 It would be really helpful if you made a comparison between the Swing Discus and the Phi Sonata. Is there any difference in their performances?
@@flyparagliders815 having never flown them side by side for hours with equal weighted pilots in identical harnesses in various conditions from great height with various models to be sure of manufacturing variations, I can't say for sure. But I'd predict they are very similar. At this level, performance should be the last criteria to choose a wing on, because the other factors (pilot confidence, collapse resistance, responsiveness, pitch damping, handling) have a far greater impact in where you end up.

N'ayant plus volé depuis 2006, est-ce que cette aile pourrait remplacer ma Nova Xyon 26 ? (66kg + matériel)

Having now seen the Tenor in action, I think there's a steady progression Sonata

How did you hanged this 360 camera ?
mariolondyn50 standard selfie stick ... the insta360 removes it from the image in the overlap
wow ! That's amazing technology /softwear .
