Disclaimer, Only use atemoya seeds if you're in a tropical place, otherwise use cherimoya seeds and graft on atemoya scions, much stronger root stock. Atemoya root stock is better for hotter weather and soil that doesn't dry out.

can you plant using atemoya seeds from it's fruit to get atemoya seedlings ? I used atemoya seeds from australia - planted it and it gave me cherimoya and the small annonas. It went to the 2 initial crossbreed .
