I think this tournament might be a breaking point for Andrea...at least in terms of chess. This tournament is very different for her then a regular tournament, it means something different to be playing with friends. I think if I were her id consider taking a break and do a solo travel stream for a bit (could also be with friends outside of the chess world)... her fans will stick by her side regardless.

I think she needs to win one game. If she does, it's fine. But if it is 0-7 then it's going to be hard.
She's playing against mostly higher rated players than herself. So the result is expected. Even a 100 point rating difference is significant. That's why she usually loses to her sister.
Andrea probably won't read this but I hope she does not get discouraged from playing after this, classical chess is very hard specially for someone who plays mostly blitz and bullet, she played well and held advantage many times, it's just that these type of things require a certain level of stamina she might not be used to.
We all love watching her play and she is a winner in our hearts!

Losing sucks. Bombing a stand up gig sucks. Having your band or your poetry ignored sucks. But artists still make art. Chess players still play chess. Athletes still compete. So it goes

This tournament has been some of the best chess content I've seen in a long while.
Many lower rated players have been holding their ground.
Andrea don’t give up on chess! You literally playing so well it’s just the players you play against are insanely good! You play way waaay better than me and I spent more years learning chess lol I know what you going through I went through it multiple times it’s just slump take break and restore your energy to relove chess again !
No reason to feel sorry or be hard on Andrea. Jules, Linda and Andrea are not in the same league as the other top 5 players. They know it and are taking this event as a fun and learning experience. Andreas only chance to score is against Linda. Playing against friends is something that happens quite frequently in tournament chess.

You should put the blitz tournament livestream back up. It was a lot more fun to watch than these hours long classical games.
I think it's time for Andrea to take a break for herself and reflect whether she really wants to keep on with Chess. We all know and she knows she has other interests and passions she might want to pursue more. To be honest i don't think she has the passion for Chess like, let say, Anna and Dina has and even Alex.
Gonna be honest...this is good for Andrea. She's a bit too cocky for her own good. In particular, she's too aggressive...in chess, but in most other areas of her life, too. That's not always bad, but it's definitely not always good. She has tons of positive traits, but she pushes being aggressive and cocky all the time. She turns occasional pros into repetitive cons. She needs to have some significant introspection about her headspace.
