Your story is exactly the same as mine. I've investigated everything. I dont eat wheat or dairy generally anymore unless I cheat which I regret. I've just come to the conclusion after 3 years that I'm not lactose intolerant and cutting it out just helped with stomach acid. Thank you for your videos. I've always hated having aspergers even though I was only diagnosed a few years ago. It's nice to hear that I'm not the only one with this annoying condition.

Hi Johnny ... for all the frustrations that being an aspie brings, I think there are advantages too. We are certainly very fortunate to live in a time where we can connect with other aspies globally and to know that we are not alone :)

Thanks :) I have taken a week off work (as holiday, though I am staying at home) ... I may try to upload a video before the end of this week ...

Thank you for your videos. I find them really interesting. I think they will be helpful to my eldest son. He is 21 and its only now he is an adult that he is starting to except he is an aspie.

Hi Zara. Your son accepting that he is aspie should be a massive help :) From what I have read and experienced, aspies in denial are very different to deal with to those of us who know and accept/embrace the fact ...

I love the term “ white liquid” . Made me laugh! And I can’t see why you can’t have ice cream and cocoa pops for breakfast. Yum. Well done with your discoveries. 😁

Midnight Mule has discovered real food! Breakfast cereals are made from old cardboard boxes. Bicarbonate soda is the cheapest product, it is in most of those products, just a spoonful in a glass of warm water.

Your doc doesn't get kickbacks for putting you on meds. In the US, maybe, but absolutely not a thing in the NHS.
