I was 15, and have thought about him everytime I listen to certain Bon songs. Mainly being TNT. My drummer friend sang all the songs that they played and I swear he sounded just like Bon. Today the music world lost a really great drummer. RIP Zerbe, my friend. Ride ON.

Funny how songs that I initially did not like, later become one of my faves. I distinctly remember going to my older brothers friends house and wanting to record "Let There Be Rock" onto cassette tape (ya... back in the 70's) Anyway, I did NOT want to record the guitar-tuning intro, as it was not "rockin'" enough for this 12 yo kid! Was recording from a 12" record, so kept tape paused until the guitar came in after a minute or so. Well, I timed it wrong and ended up with 15 seconds of tuning and boy was I ticked... lol :) Not too much later, I had come to my senses and now the sweet anticipation of that guitar AFTER the tuning just gives me mega goose bumps! Looking forward to your analysis, Mr. Biz :) EDIT: Boy... when that twin-rhythm guitars chime in after it picks up makes me understand why Angus would jump around like a lunatic! How can you NOT go nuts while playing this song!?!?!?!?
A deep track that definitely deserves some radio airplay but then they would have to dig deeper and we would hear something that we weren’t sick of hearing.
Flick Of The Switch is a very good Album that U should review and many have overlooked it and I could never understand why. The Production is sharp, clear and AC/DC sound like they went back to their roots just jamming in a garage. I HIGHLY recommend that U and all AC/DC Fans to listen to the Album Flick Of The Switch.
1977 I think, Me and some Bros were watching 'The Midnight Special' and none of us had ever heard of AC/DC, when Ted Nugent and Steven Tyler introduced these 'Boys from Down Under' and Angus BLASTS out on stage for 'Sin City' and it changed my life.
