Thanks a lot Martin and you're right - I would have thought it quite an easy fix to add somewhere on the tool body for the key. Really annoying when they get lost! Other than that (and the fixed baseplate) though, I can't find fault with the tool. It's a beast.
Can I ask you to check of the saw blade hold tight in the chuck holder if you try to rotate it along the axis of the chuk, additionally also if you try to bend the blade from left to right? And if it is not too much trouble for you - repeat this procedures on thinner saw blade for metal. Thanks in advance.

The saw blade holds fine in wood and also if the blade flexes. I haven't tried in metal
