    ZERO OIL RAJMA KEBAB
    Preparation time 15-20 minutes
    Cooking time 15 minutes
    Serving size : 7-8 kebabs
    Ingredients :
    For Kebabs-
    1 cup Rajma - boiled (राजमा)
    Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
    100g paneer, पनीर
    1 grated beetroot, चुकुंदर
    1 medium onion, प्याज
    (you can use any vegetables)
    & dhaniya, धनिया
    For Kebab Masala:
    Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
    1/4 tsp black salt, काला नमक
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder, लाल मिर्च पाउडर
    1/2 tsp jeera powder, जीरा पाऊडर
    1/2 tsp chaat masala, चाट मसाला
    1/2 tsp garam masala, गरम मसाला
    1.5 tsp amchur powder, अमचूर पाउडर
    sprinkle of garlic powder, लहसुन पाऊडर
    (optional) 1 tbsp Fresh garlic , लहसुन
    (optional) 1 inch chopped ginger , अदरक
    3 tbsp or more Gram flour,बेसन
    For Green Chutney-
    Fresh coriander leaves(washed)-1 cup, धनिया
    Fresh mint leaves(washed)- 1/2 cup, पुदीना
    Garlic cloves(peeled)- 3-4, लहसुन
    Ginger- 1/2 inch, अदरक
    Green chilli-1, हरी मिर्च
    Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
    Black salt- 1/4 tsp, काला नमक
    Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp, चाट मसाला
    Lemon juice-2 tsp, निम्बू का रस
    Roasted cumin powder-1/2 tsp, भुना जीरा पाऊडर
    Roasted Peanuts- 1 tbsp, भूनी मूंगफली
    Curd- 2 tbsp , दही
    Grind everything & serve
    Process:
    First cook rajma in a pressure cooker on high flame for 5 mins, then turn the flame to low and cook for another 5 minutes.
    For Kebabs-
    In a big bowl add cooked rajma, paneer, any vegetables, spices and mix everything properly.
    Now add besan to bind everything together and make ball sized Kebabs.
    Airfry or Bake in oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or cook on non stick pan on low flame until golden on both sides.
    It may take longer to bake in oven.
    Serve with dahi, onion & chutney.
    प्रक्रिया -
    पहले तेज आंच पर प्रेशर कुकर में राजमा को 5 मिनट के लिए पकाएँ, फिर आंच को कम कर दें और 5 मिनट के लिए और पकाएँ।
    कबाब के लिए-
    एक बड़े बरतन में पके हुए राजमा, पनीर, कोई भी सब्जियां, मसाले डालें और सब कुछ ठीक से मिलाएं।
    अब सब कुछ एक साथ बांधने के लिए बेसन डालें और गेंद के आकार के कबाब बनाएं।
    15 मिनट के लिए 180 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर बेक करें या दोनों तरफ सुनहरा होने तक कम आंच पर नॉन स्टिक पैन पर पकाऐं।
    दही, प्याज और चटनी के साथ सर्व करें।

    Mam Mera weight kum hogya 92 se 70 phir 5to 6kg gain hua weight up down dhikata hai kum jyada permanent weight kab dhikega jaab pata chalega itna hi hai toa waha se kum kare Ghar meia sabka Wight jitna hai utna dhikata hai kum jyada kab dhikna band hoga shtai kab dhikhayga Machine weight khabi kuch kabhi kuch dhikhata hai male hu please reply

      @Urooremedy cheating zaroori hai, starting mein 2 cheat days lelo hafte mein. Bas baaki din discipline mein raho aur cheat days par hi khao extra. Aur agar roz same time pe khana khaoge aur mid meals skip nahi kroge toh body and mind dono ko aadat ho jayegi dheere dheere, aur results dekh ke cheating krne ka khud mann nahi krega.

    Hello mam mai apki new subscriber one question hai mere man mein ki aap dopahar mein sote Ho kyunki Maine jab se dieting start ki mujhe dopahar mein nind aati hai halanki main soti nahin hun but kabhi-kabhi jyada a jaati hai to main so jaati Hun to isase hamari vate loss per asar to nahin padega na please please mam reply jarur dena😢
