@@wolfight7875no, a cashcup has a cash prize for top contenders, scrims are short for scrimmages, practice, to play the new season and become better at it through practicing against other very solid players.

Cash cups are hosted by Epic and give away money while scrims are hosted by discord servers and there’s some discord servers that only accept or invite people with earnings from Epic tournaments like the cash ups to play in the “pro” scrims. Sometime scrims may give away some money if they have a sponsorship or team hosting the pro scrim. The only difference of pro scrims is you dont need to make it out of opens, if you’re already a player with earnings. You’ll be already with “pros” Instead of playing against drones in cash ups in your first game. Scrims are usually busy every start of a new season to get a head start of the meta but pro scrims do happen regularly if enough pros participate during those days. Scrims also sometime have special rules so that there could be a lot of players at the later of the game. In cash cups, you can do anything that isn’t reportable like cheating.
