    Challenge Desserts from 100 Countries Episode 12 - Polish Cream Cake
    Today I made Karpatka, a popular Polish cream cake, which is composed of two layers of puffs and a thick layer of vanilla cream.
    The top of this cake is unique every time it is made. It is named because its uneven top resembles the snow-capped Carpathian Mountains when sprinkled with powdered sugar. The cake’s origins are said to date back to 1972 and is a common dessert in Polish pastry shops. It is not difficult to do. Follow my method to ensure that everyone succeeds the first time.
    recipe:
    Puff pastry: 65g milk, 65g water, 50g butter, 1g salt, 3g sugar, 40g low-gluten flour,
    40 grams of high-gluten flour, about 115 grams of whole eggs
    Vanilla custard sauce: 250g milk, half a vanilla pod, 45g egg yolk, 50g sugar, 10g low-gluten flour, 10g cornstarch, 1g salt, 50g cream cheese, 80g butter, 50g whipping cream gram
