This is a delicious dessert. I add fresh fruit (pineapple, peach, mango, strawberries) diced in small cubes, in the middle of the filling or mixed in with the filling. Higly recommend for summer 😊

Yes you can use a stand mixer. You can also use all-purpose flour.

Because I needed only 2 layers of 20 cm ..didn’t need more choux pastry dough

I used both butter and vanilla cream the in room temperature but after refrigerate overnight looks like the filling is curdle. What I did wrong?
