R (Monica) v DPP: Jurisprudence Part One 2025

Hello everyone, I am making this video due to the overwhelming requests to discuss part one for year 2025. For detailed lectures on the complete modules, you can contact me on my Instagram.
Note that the Jurisprudence and legal theory exam is divided into two parts.
Part One is examined upon the set case which is released each year by the examiner. Students are required to prepare the case considering any of the three theories already provided by the examiner.
This year case is R (Monica) v DPP (DC) [2019] QB 1019 [2018] EWHC 3508
This was a judicial review proceeding against the decisions of director of public prosecutor for not perusing to file a case against one of the police officer for the alleged offence covered under the sexual offences.
Students are expected to study this case in detail and prepare it in light of any of the following theories which they think fit the best;
a. Liberalism
b. Feminism
c. Dworkin
