Why are you on the ground?” all with that cute puppy expression with the tongue lulling out ‘cause it got so excited and is panting from going overboard.
Now that you've done Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza can't stay behind now, can they? Also, seeing prevos for the other Swords of Justice would be interesting to see.
Honestly, Manaphy kind of has the vibe of being a Kyogre pre-evo, what with it being the "Prince of the Sea" to Kyogre's "Lord of the Sea". Plus they looked like they had some kind of connection in the anime movies

I feel like Tapu Geko should be given its own ability, aswell as being Normal/Fairy. Calm Surge: Turns the ground into Calm Terrain when the Pokémon enters the battle. Calm Terrain: The user covers the area around the battlefield with a calming aura for five turns. This increases the power of Normal Type moves by 30% and raises all Pokémons Defense and Special Defense stats slightly [+1] while in effect.
I'm imagining that Tapu Geko hasn't been seen for a long while but first reappears on Aether Paradise of all places (now that Gladion is in charge) and that Tapu Geko are typically born on the island that Latint is from but Aether Paradise is closer. Idk I just imagine that Latint and Tapu Geko are linked
I love all of these lads. This series just goes to show how much more we need pre-evos for legendary Pokemon. It makes them feel "more like Pokemon" and also more memorable. It's one reason I think I like Silvally and the Alola box arts so much, and it's something I think the recent mythicals would have greatly benefited from

Making their concepts and turning them into baby-er versions of them but adding diffirence to make them not too simmilar is very smart, those intimidating creatures just make a cuter version of them and make them less-intimidating, very good job
And as far as the tapu bebe, I feel like, if something is going to evolve into any of the four of them, it should be the entity inside the shell, and without it. Or an entirely nondescript shell, so it can evolve into any of the four without association

Tapu Geko is such an amazing design, making the tail tuft pink is so smart because when the cameleon mouth is closed he can shoot out his pink tail like an actual chameleon can. 😂❤

Idea: Cobaleo evolves when it defeats an opponent that defeated the rest of the party. It losing its allies due to recklessness make it more responsible and respectful.
One small thing with tapu geko is that the tapus have some repetitiveness in their name: “tapu LELE, tapu fInI, tapu KOKO, tapu bUlU” where the vowels are the same in the second part of the name So maybe something like Tapu Geke or Tapu Gogo. Something to match the naming scheme a bit if that makes sense
