Many times the triggers also point towards body pain in specific places in the body, so it is harder to look at it objectively by trying to see"what it is trying to show you" you just want the pain to stop! the good news is that if you do after a few times the pain is gone forever...from experience.

Yes. We must stay mindful for this reason. Identifying with our “story” and triggers can put us in victim mode, which takes away our opportunity for healing 💕
