Thanks Liam - great video covering aspects of technical implementation side of this project. With this project the tech side was around 20% - about 80% of the cost and effort was for the upfront market research (interviews, diary studies, quant surveys, data analytics) that I ran with the client's target audience to ensure the personas were based on accurate data and behaved and responded as their real customers would in real life. Happy to discuss with anyone how to do a lo-fi version of this with less upfront research for smaller clients.
Hi Abi, I'm not sure if I should ask this question from you or Liam. How big the knowledge base can be for the assistants? I.e., if this tool is created in Agentive? One of our clients is a large multi-national and may be interested in a 'research assistant' for interacting with their large segmentation studies to 'test' product benefits and features. These are large studies with detailed understanding of the segments and large numbers of data points for each segments. Could this set up work for interrogating such large studies?
@@deedogNewsChannel-wc8lf In that situation you would either have to do some pre processing of your clients data to summarize and organize it into manageable chunks so the agents can work with them more easily. Alternatively you can use Gemini or Claude APIs instead of open ai - as they have much higher token limit and generally work a bit better with disparate data
If you can sell this for $32k then your real skill is not AI development. Your real skill is finding outlier prospects who are both rich and naive enough to buy a commoditized GPT for 32k.
Welcome to the world of business, it's not about the work you have to spend to make something, it's all about what it's worth to the business who's buying. Thanks to this leverage the world is full of crazy rich people, who don't know what to do with their money. They found a good leverage where they input minimal hours, and gained maximum benefit.
Let's break this down into actionable steps: 1. Define your ideal customer personas, giving each a name, background, and motivations. 2. Create an AI agent on Agentive for each persona. 3. Craft tailored prompts for each agent, reflecting their persona's values and priorities. 4. Connect your Agentive agents to Relevance AI to manage the flow of information. 5. Input your market research questions into your main agent in Relevance AI. 6. Analyze the responses gathered from your AI persona agents. 7. Refine your agents' prompts and experiment with different questions to improve results.
@@leahcimnaerc9543Liam explained it in the beginning of the vid. You create a custom market research system for your client's company. They buy it from you.
$32,000!? BS! C"mon Liam, even you should know this is unlikely. There are hundreds of no-code platforms that make it stupidly easy to build advanced AI agent solutions. No one is spending that kind of money on something so simple in 2024. This channel has become click-bait as heck unfortunately.
Hey - some useful context is that it was a scale-up client that was spending 5x that amount on regular market / ux research studies. So to them they are thinking about the long-term cost savings . Every business will have their own price
I love the content here and agree something like this is unlikely to be replicated even a handful of times and sold for 32k - but I see the underlying value here and the potential to look beyond this one use case to do something special. I wouldn't get stuck on the price tag but get stuck on the potential value.
If you're a service based company selling semi-productized systems for a flat fee. You should probably calculate them based on your hourly rate. For example: $125 x 8 hours of work + 10% to 25% when you add a guarantee = $1150 You can play around with pricing if no-one else knows how to do what you do, but chatbot building has been around for a while. Selling high-ticket systems for easy work is not a sustainable business model.
I don't understand why use Agentive and not directly create the same multi-agent system in Relevance ai? What are the advantages of using Agentic instead?
Hi Liam, I just added this prompt into Open AI and was able to get a similar response. It took me 5 mins. I am a newbie, so I'm probably missing something. I'm thinking from first principles. Why do I need all these additional tools? This is a prompt I entered directly into ChatGPT. The personas could be tweaked a little but the answers were similar to yours. "Looking to get feedback on this service I want to provide. Ask this question to 3 different personas. 1) A newbie to AI 2) A Developer who is well versed with AI tools 3) A Business owner whose company uses AI What do you think about a $100 per month analytics plan which gives much deeper insights on your AI agents usage when processing a lot of volume? How would each persona respond? Give detailed response."

Hi Liam -- THANK YOU for such a quality channel - I wonder if I could ask here if anyone of your featured businesses would allow me to work with them as an affiliate promoting their solution and paying say 25% of revenues - working with them on bringing new clients. For this specific case, I am concerned with the validity of the responses that this bot is capable of giving. Where does it get its data? Do you describe the persona in your prompt and then it guesses how each persona would respond based on your description of their values? It isn't using actual responses from your users to formulate these outputs right? What if you don't accurately describe the persona in your prompt because you don't know that business's customers well enough. Basically this would be the same thing as you trying to guess what your market wants based on what you think they would like. Even if you know your customers well you aren't going to be capable of doing more than just educated guessing with this. Now is that what these focus groups do? Or do they have a method of testing your business ideas through real user feedback and interaction data? In other words does this bot use actual user data to inform its responses or is it just going off the prompt engineer's description of each persona?
Hey Liam I am working my way through the video now and cannot seem to find the relevant links on the Skool platform, I am looking in the Video: 5 Ways to Start an Al Agency in 2024 section and cannot seem to find direct links to the templates you mentioned, only links to other youtube videos etc. I was wondering If there is something I have missed and what the exact name of the template links is called? This chatbot doesn’t have any complex functionality is mainly built using prompt engineering, $32k is definitely an unfair price is it was really sold for that price.

I think that`s worth say 3K , bu that`s beside the point really. I`m wondering where you sell these apps, like is there a marketplace, or is it selling direct? Anyways, got me interested in Relevance, I`ve been on Make, which is pretty technical but also poweful. But, Relevance seems more ike a chat app infrastructure with bells on. Right? Great video Liam.
Yes what makes or breaks this solution is the underlying data and knowledge base. For this project I did some in-depth research with their target audience (interviews, diary studies, surveys) so the agents are trained on how their customers really speak and respond to things
How valuable are the responses from each individual persona though? I’m pretty new at all this stuff so I can’t really understand fully. Aren’t the responses you get from the LLM only as good as the prompt or the data it’s pulling from? In a traditional focus group, you might be interviewing three personas, but, can interview many different people that fall within those three personas. Whereas it seems like this research agent is only asking one of each persona. Intern only getting insight from one unique perspective. Also, how accurate can a auto generated response be from a computer?
Hey liam , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
