  • The Liver - The Project Manager 2024
What stopping food actually does? We will be looking at the liver. The liver is the organ that is orchestrating the detox. The liver is often called the project manager because everything that goes into the body, first goes to the liver. Everything that comes out of the body, come out under the jurisdiction of the liver.

Wow! I just binge watched Living Springs Retreat videos! Wish I had discovered Barbara earlier in my life, but thankful for discovering her now. I haven't seen anything on fingernails, specifically ridges. (It may be out there but...) Many say it's just common; it's just a part of aging. The ridges are annoying because they chip, they snag on everything. A video on what our fingernails are telling us, as well as what to do about it, would be interesting.

When people go on a “low carb diet” they miss out on all the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables we need. Best way to put it is eat what God provides and stay away from manmade products. Well I believe that the majority of this is true - other than us requiring a plant based diet, and fibre. These points I question, and would like more information on. I have been Keto and felt VERY good when my body produced ketones. Isn’t it true that we are either fat burners or carb/sugar burners? We cannot be both. Our bodies will not produce ketones when there are carbs available. Carbs stop fat burning. Yes, even carbs in vegetables. Please refute this with me!

Berberine, keto diet, and apple cider vinegar shot with each meal to start. Reintroduce good bacteria into your gut after a few months with a probiotic.

    • @mientigracekablan3640
      @mientigracekablan3640 12 дней назад

First of all, don't be afraid your body can heal from this. Trust in god and make it happen by following certains rules. The most important thing: skip the antibiotics, it's damage your gut flora and make things worse.
Sauerkraut in your meals for probiotic cause those antibiotics kill our good bacteria in our microbiome so you need to replenish them asap. Second, drink a glass of warm water, not hot, with a teaspoon of apple Cider vinegar: first thing to do in the morning. And 30 min after your glass of warm water, drink a fresh glass of: cabbage, carot and Celery stalk. Make by yourself, don't press, just blend it well and drink it.
Throughout the day, listen to your body, you may notice that he doesn't support citrus fruits cause because of their acidity, so skip them until your recovery.
Don't overeat, cause your stomach is fragile, just eat until you 80% full. Don't eat yours veggies raw, eat them cooked. Even apple must be cooked because fiber in it a soluble if I don't misunderstood myself. Just go with fruits like papaya, mango (with a good source of protein before cause it's high in calories and sugar) banana. And any other fruits that are not citrus. But remember: if the fruit is dense, cook it oder your stomach will be in trouble.
Skip whole milk for the time of your treatment, just go with nuts milk. They don't have lactose so it's actually easy for your stomach to process them. I'm don't saying that whole milk is bad for you, just for now, your self can't handle him well.
Another tips, eat white meat ( chiken, turkey) eat them without the skin. Skip red meat for the time of your recovery, cause red meat is rich and dense, and your stomach will be in trouble to process it well. Go for fish: salmon, Atlantic mackerel, shrimp.
Don't eat frying meals, even it's fry with a quality oil like Evoo, it's may be a deal with your stomach, so go for stew by ading your oil at the end of your dish, and baking.
And for your dinner, make sure you eat 3 hours before your sleep. Your stomach will thank you.
And have some savory snack through the day, cause I've notice that when I was feeling angry, I was in trouble with the pain. But once I ate, the pain was gone.
For the final tip, drink Lukewarm water through the day. I've noticed that when I drinking chill water, it's was painful full for my stomach, I felt bloated and uncomfortable. So Lukewarm water will be your friend.
It's also important for you to have everyday a breakfast.
Reminder: all the body are not the same. But these are some tips that help me to heal. It's take me 2 month exactly. Since I don't feel any pain in my body.
I've had ate white basmati rice instead of the brown during these two month cause brown rice is dense and rich so it was hard for my stomach to processed it. I did so much deals for these two month cause I was focus on my recovery! But those are some tips that help me
Choose quality oil, don't eat veggies raw, even apples, drink warm water and Acv first thing ine the morning and 30 min after, drink your cabbage elixir.
30 or 40 min after your cabbage juice, eat your breakfast. A savory breakfast please. Keep things simple with your meals. It's just for few month and after your recovery, you will enjoy your meal again!

    • @sandtx4913

Have you tried freezing the bread overnight and then reheat/toast it when you eat? This will turn the carbs in the bread into resistant starch, and bypass the small intestines. The starch will act as a probiotic (or prebiotics, I forgot) and feed the good bacteria in the big intestines.

That's what I mean , I wrote that by accident bc I'm not experienced with this specific thing as I am with others . However go to the NATURAL REMEDY video that Barb presents on this Living Springs Retreat channel You need to find instructions & see if it's in the video, take notes. I didn't watch it all. Google her books as someone wrote that 10 months ago she had a new book coming out. People have used castor oil compress to get rid of fibroids, etc however if it's not the correct product or not enough who knows you could stir it up. You need the correct dose & instructions for it to work properly. You can see in the comments of that video what kind of fibroid or cyst type things castor oil is said to have worked on according to those people. Most would be true re comments as it's what has been detailed in the video .However be wary of people who may be against this type of thing writing random remedies . Surely the instructions will be in her book if not in the natural remedies video here.

I got the same diagnosis, 37 years old. I have other issues too that affect hormonal health, digestion. I started working with an applied nutritional therapist, turned out I can't break down estrogen properly and regulate hormons. Hormonal health all comes from diet and lifestyile. You have to find a nutritionist, IBS clinic, naturopath, anybody. Also look for the AVIVA exercise. It is a specific exercise that regulates hormones. ❤

Keep praying for your daily IN-crease and Strengthening(Aats19:20) to go forth uncovering every deceitful Act of BIG-CORP-PHARMA & set the people free from their wicked doctrines&teachings, coming against the nature of the way He made all things.

FIBRE is NOT essential. Our gut is not dirty and does not need sweeping. What a poor analogy. Digestion and excreting happen without this inflammatory undigestible cellulose being present and it happens in a more succinct manner without bloat, flatulence or large oversized stools that stretch and deform the bowl and lower intestines, often leading to distention, sores and polyps around the rectum, bleeding and various other conditions of the bowel and anus.
Fibre is a carbohydrate and you already stated it is not essential.
How could you get it so incorrect??
