I have had written to Indigo once about this matter in the context of flight service in the northeast. A petition might help perhaps? Not sure though.
Because INDIGO is Gurgaon based, very few cabin crew may be Bengalis. Not necessarily, you would have Bengali speaking or understanding to and from CCU sector.
Flight Reporter only jahils like you will talk like that. India maintains enough security and rules to control illegal immigrants in India from Bangladesh. And it's not that easy for us to get an Indian visa so what made you think that Kolkata is becoming a part of Bangladesh? And don't forget that India earns a lot of money from Bangladeshi tourists! We don't even want your Kolkata, we're happy with whatever we have. And it's not Islamic Republic of Bangladesh. It's People's Republic of Bangladesh.

That's not an A320-212. I think it should be an A320-232, as it is powered by IAE engines. The -212 has CFM engines.
