I love how you compared the same amount of cruelty in a piece of meat and milk. I'm a non-vegetarian who turned vegetarian a couple of years ago and this video gives me a motive to be a vegan and make world less miserable though it's miniscule but will have a significant impact on one life.

I am from Pune Maharashtra, I did EVEREST BASE CAMP & GOKYO TREK in 2013 , I read yr article in Gujarat Samachar, hats off u , I did trek but expedition is completely different, but still I can imagine to be vegan and yr focus , really very difficult, when I did Kala patthar I couldn't able to stay more than 5 minutes, it was so windy and to climb Kala patthar like baby steps,

on top of Everest - felt immense gratitude towards the mountain for allowing me to get to the top, big hug to my Sherpa guide and brother - Mingma Tenzi Sherpa, made a satellite phone call to my family, and finally sat for a few minutes and just soaked in the immense beauty of our planet.
Sir what kind of exercise for everest? That too when we cannot afford a sherpa?
