  • Terri Conneran was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer more than 6 years ago. She underwent chemotherapy and surgery and achieved no evidence of disease. However, Terri later learned she had a KRAS biomarker mutation in her cancer. She felt frustrated that this information was not shared with her earlier on. This motivated Terri to advocate for patient empowerment around biomarker testing and knowledge.
In this conversation, she's joined by Dr. Estelamari Rodriguez with the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and Dr. Jason Porter with West Cancer Center & Research Institute to discuss the latest treatments and clinical trials in lung cancer. They also discuss different biomarker mutations and emphasize the importance of biomarker testing.
