Also Skews, don’t forget to make farms for the materials so it can be growing while they do the building.
I do believe you can have more than one townie work on a build at a time, u just need to set them to do it.
Put food in their inventory to make sure they keep working.
Make sure to put the buildings a block down in the ground because the schematic’s ground and will cause a slight step up if you don’t.
The townies won’t work on rainy days or at night.
You can craft Resource scrolls next video for you builders. You can shift right click on a builder hut block with the scroll and it will link that scroll to the builder and always display what resources he needs no matter what he's building, and it's no different than looking at a map so you can go out and farm and not have to run back to the builder to see what he needs

Skyes would never look up a tutorial, regarding reading, he does it only if it's necessary. Which he decides, it's not, most of the time. Very quirky and relatable of him.
Reminder/suggestions as someone who has been playing a lot of ATM9 (not sure if there are huge differences between ATM8 & 9)
Ok so your goal for 300 days is to dive into Minecolonies. Caledonia style builds. Def suggest two builders off the start to get stuff moving. You gotta level up the builder huts before leveling up any of the builds! They move faster as their skills improve over time. You can manually hire people with better stats or let the game auto-hire. Minecolonies is a lot of fun and so easy to get lost in for hours!! I watched a lot of Sijn videos about his minecolonies series.
HOPPER BOTANY POTS!! Huge game changer!! Basically AFK auto farming for literally anything. Mystical agriculture is also OP for getting resources. You can literally craft diorite, andesite and even different color dyes with that.
EASY VILLAGERS! I'm pretty sure this is in ATM8, but it makes villager trading and iron farms stupid easy and compact. No need for ugly builds and big builds to hold villager trading halls. Cannot recommend an iron farm or 5 through this method enough.
I find refined storage to be a HUGE life saver. No more chest monsters. Easy crafting. You can even set up auto crafting through it. OP for end game and getting to all the allthemodium.
BUILDING WANDS, makes terraforming even easier.
Chosen Architect has awesome guides for a lot of ATM stuff. I know you won't watch them lol but it might give you ideas for things to accomplish as the series goes on!

You should really try the "Mystical Agriculture" mod. It’s a farming mod and you can farm almost anything in the game like iron, gold, diamond and materials from other mods and you can also farm mob drops like wither skulls, bones and ender pearls, and the best part is that you can make one of the best armor and tools in the game called Supremium a tier 5 Ingot, by wearing a full set of Supremium Armor the wearer is granted flight similar to creative mode…
P.S.
There is a tier 6 ingot called Insanium and it much more stronger than the previous one but it is really hard to farm…
I recently broke and dislocated the bones in my wrist, which has made it difficult to do things, but now I have a movie I can pass the time with! Thanks Skyes! ❤

I definitely would love for you to do another 100 days and just focus on the city building and figuring out how to interact with the NPC and I also recommend getting into mystical agricultural, if if can figure it out you should be able to get any basic mob drops thru that and with spawn eggs if you get them I believe you can make it easier
The fact that Skyes forgets everything from his last playthrough and has to re learn almost everything is so relatable

I'd be surprised if nobody has pointed this out, but silk touch enables you to pick up monster spawners, sugar speeds them up, ghast tears increase number of mobs that spawn, and clocks help them somehow. (right clicking on spawners with items) You can also change the mob type the spawner produces with a spawn egg. I hope this helps you!
sneak right click a backpack to place it and the same with an empty hand to pick it up. also on the Xaeros world map there is a cave mode you can toggle in the bottom left corner.

For three hundred days you should get into generating energy early as you can, and get a storage scanner. My only recommendation is to turn all your double chests to single chests before using it

You should do something with that meteor crater, building a glass bubble around it or something like that, as if it was an excavation site, where you maybe build some kind of room inside of it, maybe an alter room for some dark magic, or whatever kinda mod with magic in the modpack.

Just an advise for your relation with not working mob spawner lower your render distance when you are at spawner it increases the rate of mobs to spawn, reduce it to 5 or 7 it will work, AND PLEASE DONT IGNORE THIS PLEASE, I REALLY LOVE YOUR VIDEOS ❤❤❤❤❤

There is a mod in this pack called farmers delight which has a block called compost that turn into a better soil(work like the way copper oxideses but need to be touching)that can be used to grow the red and brown mushrooms without needing darkness, it also makes crops grow faster

Just a tip where your spawner is, there is a crystal there that needs diamonds to mine it? Maybe mine it. Could be what your looking for

Love the vanilla mob farm lol. Make gm chicken feed cursed and feed it to a chicken. Get a rotten egg from it, right click it on a 5x5 dirt and lots of mobs spawn make sure it has a roof it burns
If there are cursed dirt and mob grinder in the modpack, you built a very inefficient mob farm

You should play outer world if you like fallout maybe not a video on it bc Ik how you said in your second channel that you didn’t want to do 100 days but I do recommend it! It’s like fallout but it not the same but it is quite quite similar and fun, Iv only died 4 times with in the last Three planets Iv been too and I died three times at one planet bc the quests at that planets where very difficult 😂I do recommend it I play on Nintendo switch but I would assume you can get it on PC and other gaming set ups like you can even get on mobile!

1:24:50 cactus has a really weird way of growing that the first stage takes forever to grow but once they start they really grow, this can be bye-passed by just placing the breaking a cactus piece on top of another
I think you already know that if you double click on the bottom search bar, it turns yellow and you can search items in chest with this.

There is a mod with a chunk loader that would make it so things that need you to be there are accounted for and will happen without u there or even online I believe I think
