I like to try my best to beat the dev times myself before looking for a guide but the last two days I've been hoping you would release a Thunder Struck guide! However i did manage to do it yesterday :D Did Slide Coliseum today and have maybe 10 tracks left to do!
I couldn't do the shortcut with drift, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but that doesn't matter, I beat the dev without it. I followed your other tips and the help a lot thanks!.

Today i saw a recap of state of play. And by the thumbnail of my bandicoot a d the title saying ps5. I got super hyped and thought crash 4 was to be on ps5. But my dreams were crushed. btw, I heard a new state of play is to be happening soon. So possibly crash for ps5?
I'm straight trash at consistency on this track but Alex B's time is embarrassingly bad compared to literally every other dev time in the game. Yes, I fully admit the track is one of the most difficult tracks in the game to maintain blue fire for the whole run, but there is a whopping 27 second gap between Dev time and world record. There is still a 20 second gap between world calibur runs not using "unintended shortcuts" and the Dev time (previous Crash Team Ranking world records before policies on Thunder Struck and Meteor Gorge changed). Before the recent polswid sled SG technique that was discovered skewing some tracks like Roo's Tubes and Megamix Mania, Dev time were usually between 5 and 10% slower than the world record on that track with a few outliers like Crash Cove (faster) or Papu's Pyramid (slower) on each side. Thunder Struck is an embarrassing 27% slower than the current world record. Alex B REALLY needed to use the mega shortcut on laps 2 and 3 for this to feel in line.

I dunno if you know this, but the Dev ghost actually Lose blue fire at the end of the track on the final lap.
I did it, the thing I needed to learn was the corkscrew. The floggers and big jump shortcut were easy, I did just as instructed.

I have completed this track too with the super shortcut advice from you😊👍.
Note that to get a drop boost, you need to have a "stored" reserve, that for some reason, reactivates on the next drift-boost chain.
I'm just 4 dev times close to the master wheels, and it's all thanks to this guides, great job man!
