- Welcome to the channel in todays video we continue working on the wrecked 2021 Ford Bronco, in the previous video we straightened the frame and cut off all the damaged areas. Today we replace the front frame rails with brand new frame rail ends from Ford, the rails arrived in many different sections and require complete assembly, Mike came out and helped record and also helped with the build. Stay tuned for the next video we will be completing the Ford Bronco build and we also have another Ford Bronco to rebuild, this time it will be a two door that was featured in Car & Driver magazine! #rebuilding #salvage #fordbronco #ford
Bronco Mike is my dad 💪
Proud daughter moment.
I'm sure he is equally as proud to have such a beautiful and appreciative daughter.
Bless you both! 🙏😊
Definitely something to be proud of, Mike is an honest and hardworking man and I am proud to call him my friend.
Yuri was MONEY as usual and Mike did a Good Job
Excellent repair work Yuri, and great camera work Mike.
Mike is a an excellent cameraman. Steady as a rock.
Excellent duo, yuri working his magic once again
can't think of anything better to watch on a dreary Sunday afternoon, Yuri throwing cars back together better than factory builds, putting down some nice beads with his electric gluing haha
Mike done a nice job on the camera work - and congrats to Marky
Another fantastic job. Yuri on the frame, welding and clean painting. Mike did a great job on the camera work too!👍🏼
Bronco Mike is my brother! He did a great job! Proud of my brother!
Yep! He’s a nice person we need more like him 👍
New camera man nailed it.
Mike did a great job on the camera, all the angles you could want, his comments were great, he's a win Yuri, would love to see more of that ol' boy. You guys had such a an easy going talk together. It's obvious you chill out a bit when there is a more mature fella present. Also, looks like you are hitting the gym again Yuri, gettin' the gun show up and runnin again 💪
“Almost like factory, just a lot better”😂 like it!
Yuri, I am always impressed with your frame skills. Mike is a natural with the camera, he really did great. Keep Orange Crushing It!
As a 40 yr former shop owner you know your stuff. The welds are music to your ears. We used to use a tram to check our work. Great repair.
Mike did a fine job with the camera work. What I liked was he asked you questions about your work methods while you were working which gave us the feeling of actually being right there with you at the shop like we had spent 30k with you to hang out. lol! Appreciate the content and congrats to Mark and Angie!
You are one of the best RUclipsr out there.Another fantastic video again
It’s nice seeing all those genuine Ford parts going in, you can see Yuri appreciates the consistency and he is returning the respect by doing an absolutely perfect rebuild! Live long and prosper dudes! 🖖
Yes sir I love some new parts 😁
Yuri lays down some nice welds.
Yuri, I love work. I can watch it for hours and you`re so good at it. Thanks for making my evenings a little better.

Yuri has become so skilled that V-tuned comes to him for advice now!
Good camera work and good job Yuri. Cat also made a few appearances, just to make sure !
HEY WE GOTTA CALL MIKE, BRONCO MIKE,

Camera was really good, Framework allways good🙂 only thing i would change is the Rattlecans to a good 2K paint.
Better than factory 👍
Great job as always Uri,Mike was impressive with his camera work and questions he was asking about the repair procedure.this bronco was definitely easier to repair than the first one. I think.great video as always.y’all just keep doing what you do best.and carry on 😎😎😎👍👍👍

Looking good. Nice repair work. Soon it will be a matter of assembly.
BIG Mike & Bronco Mike what the....
Don’t forget Mustang Mike 🤮
Good job done ✔️ ( Kuwait 🇰🇼)
I think you're going to have to name the cat Kat 🐈 lol 😂
That’s her name 😆
Great work, invest in laser for setting frame rails, thank u
Quaility work boss. As always.
Hope Mike got a discount
great way to start my sunday. keep it up yuri
Great!
I agree, better welding and quality.
very well done excellent
How come Mike can do body work and work in a garage environment and stay clean and shiny! Everyone else looks filthy but he looks sharp and tidy 😂😂 it’s a miracle he’s pretty damn good on the camera to nice job shiny Mike 👌 nice job Yuri gonna get me some of that NASA and space X paint 🤣😇
Awesome job, so much time involved in a small area, considering that the entire frame horn would be build on a jig and welded by robots in 3 minutes "before" being added to the frame on the production line, I feel it's incredible that it's not offered as one piece, I can't see every body shop taking this much effort in the details , having been a mechanic with 50+ years expirience I havexseen plenty of dodgy repairs on near new vehicles by quality body shops
G'day guys ❤
Hello mister sir how are you 😁
Good thanks mate Keep up the good woek love your stuf cheers@@23RD
Beautiful work bro bless you
Hey Yuri, excellent work you’re doing there.
If you don’t mind one tiny bit of constructive criticism, might I suggest you scotch pad all the new parts before you assemble and weld, you can get into all the inaccessible parts and you only need one final scotch padding after you welded everything together as it’s already prepped.
I used to work in a car body shop in the UK many years ago and it was so much easier to get into all the nooks & crannies on replacement panels and done before weld up.
Thank you for the advice I appreciate all input and I usually do but we where in a hurry so I could make it to Marks engagement party
Excellent job
Lol work on my VW polo vivo sedan and damn they have weird screws at the bottom so I agree with u
Probably said this before but its worth it, LANOTEC is a great product for chassis. Australian made so unsure about the US market
That reminds me about the old saying that “the Oz sheep shearers have the softest strongest hands” because of the lanolin. (Probably popular with the Sheila’s too!) 😁
Nice camera work Mike!
tnx for the video
Amazing job
That wasn't the reason Mike got away with it. There was no one to verify that actually did the burnout and PD doesn't want to fo the paperwork for a non violent act. Mike definitely learned that lesson that say 😂🤣🤣
myself if i didnt have a measuring system to set the rails i would have tacked and built up all the panels and checked gaps then if all good lay welds in lot easier to cut tacks and adjust unless you are very lucky
Like the new lighting much better video
I like your attention to detail what type of welding were you using?
Thank you very much. The welder is a millermatic 211.
Yuri, did you take into account when measuring the fact that one piece slid into the other and the thickness of the metal of the original portion when trying to center up the new portion?
Yes we made sure to line up both sections
Nice
great stuff dude thanks
Yuri, if Ukraine was fortunate enough to have you "in country", their damaged tanks would be turned around overnight! Great vids big guy!
My green card is expiring soon 😅
Is that "shiny silver" perhaps cadmium coated, nasty stuff to be in contact with.
I have no idea but I hope not 😅
Oh Man! Who spelt the Bronco lettering wrong on that front grille Yuri? - Bronoc? Ha ha! Peace dude 😁
now what was paid for the bronco rounded off to he nearest hundred and what did it cost to repair it all roughly to the nearest hundred for us thinking about buying one at copart or iaa or any other salvage yard
Bronco Mike probably won’t want to encourage the competition! 😁
Yuri’s time must be worth $100/hr by now……
How do you know the correct angle of the frame horns to the frame rails? Are they always perfectly level in relation to each other or are they set at certain angles?
Yes everything needs to be square and level
It's time for this mike to to do the camera work more often... we will call him Bronco Mike. Or that is what he can call his channel.
Yuri what type of cavity wax do you use Chris from Canada😊
It’s made by 3m but I don’t know what it’s called
what size of wire do you use and you and mike did a great job
.30 and the machine is set to Auto
.30 and machine is set to auto
see i like that Yuri admits to knowing nothing - thats the proof, the skill of an expert, knows how to do stuff but could't write an essay about it - those that read manuals don't know how to do stuff
Gotta wonder if the frame being bent back into place weakens the frame and is liable to break in the future
Yes it makes it weaker, that’s why we replaced it.
✌️👍
How much do you charge for a job like this?
Yeh couldnt handle 15 mpg here in Scotland with £6.50 a gallon. Prefer my F22 BMW getting 55mpg !!
What's up with your BMW?
🚙💪👏👍🤩
Yuri, why don't you like German cars? Just wondering.
I love German cars I just don’t like repairing them 😅
Good camera work… need to move less and move more smoothly… practice makes perfect
28:42 my ex at 3AM
Do you have any friends not named Mike?
I can not be the only person here mkay. Okay so Mike was behind camera then some happend and now Mike sounds white guess he really did get better at talking 😂
Comment
If most stuff ' tastes like chicken' what does chicken taste like?
@@bryduhbikeguy watermelon
Where is Vlad
We’re r your brothers
hey aint it time to buy medium size shirts
It’s time to buy a lambo, I could care less about shirts 😆
Agree, I don't like German made cars, British made too, but German cars are really nice to drive.
actually etch primer should be transparent when finished it does no good or better to lay it down heavy just food for thought but you do weld your ass off
Etching primer comes in different forms and it most certainly matters if you lay it down heavy.
Did you ever fail a frame job? For example you finish a job and it turns out crooked
Have you ever seen Chuck Norris lose a fight? Now picture Yuri, but just 10 times better 😜😜😜
The job is not finished until it’s straight, but yes many times I have “failed”
Привіт з України!
Don't me no disrespect, but for me, bring nah. I rather have the old Bronco. It's much easier to work on
15:15 but but but your measuring off a piece that is been in a accident and is most likely bent/damaged/disfigured itself/out of tolerance
People are still huffing paint, I thought that was phased out since the advent of Delta 8,9, and 10 gummies and vaps
YOU CAN'T CLOSE YOUR EYES.....AND WELD......YOU ARE GOING TO DAMAGE YOUR EYES......DOING THAT....
THESE BOYS NEED A FEW RUSSIANS TO SHOW THEM HOW ITS DONE THE PROPER WAY 💪🏼💯 RUSSIANS DO IT BETTER 💪🏼
