I am from US. I was studying abroad in the UK for 6 mo, fall 1992 to spring 1993. I wrote a letter to Dorian and he wrote back! A warm letter inviting me to Temple Gym - my only regret is I did not get down there. A true class act Dorian!

I'm 59 years old. And in better shape than I was at 39. Because I gave up my car. And travel nearly everywhere on my road bike. How many 59 year olds do that? You could probably count them on the fingers of one hand where I live.
As a result I went from 225lbs obese at 5 8" tall. To 175lbs lean and muscular in one year.
My health markers all improved. My diet is better. I never get out of breath walking up hills or stairs like I used to. It's all good. But YOU and you alone have to make the changes..

After my sessions Clint and ZULU BAZ would sit talking and have FLEX magazines all over the place with your pictures on the gym wall for motivation. As a teen & 20s. I always thought, once you attained that condition, you roughly stayed there. Obviously Not realizing just what's involved, like I do now.

What a pity! We can see Debbie taking care of him, she was there for him, preparing all his food and taking of everything he needed, he had a success, but when he finished his bodybuilding carrer he threw her like a garbage and he chose a young girl and let poor Debbie down. Wow! What a gratitude and recognition! He is only a shit despite what he has accomplished. Cause in my humble opinion without her he will never be what he is now. The same thing applied to Jay Cutler, Marcus Rulh, Ronnie Coleman and others . Take an exemple from theses humble and giants intelligent bodybuilders: Frank Zane, Lee labrada, Lee Haney.

There is a price for using performance enhancing drugs . Steve Reeves understood this a long long time ago. Bodybuilding was once for improving heath and longevity along with looking fit.
