I watch his stuff when I get depressed. It gives me a reminder to keep focused on the things I want out of life.
Arnold has a quote that says "You can't climb the ladders of success with your hands in your pockets". And I say you get out of life what you put into it. I have to keep reminding myself that you can't get anywhere in life without working at it. It takes time and effort to move forward.

I Was in the same boat and I am 215 and 16% 6"3 I want to be 230 14% and sometimes restday are good but I Was about to take 2 restday. I dont need Motivation to go yo the gym if my body is fine. Arnold did many things in the gym wrong, he had Great genetics and a even better mindset. I recomend Mike O Hearn videos
