Dont need to do hotel management. If you're interested in Baking and Pastry. Do diploma in it which is only 6 months long. Investing 3 years are a lot.

Work experience matters, I completed BSc culinary this year and for freshers they are paying 5k for months, you will get 5k to 10k as a fresher
