Proud of you for letting go of that guy who’s not ready yet. And also for being upfront with what you’re truly looking for which a lot of women are not being transparent about. Heather, have you ever thought about doing a “what’s in my bag Spring 2024” video? I would love to see what you love to carry around in your favorite purse, that you tend to gravitate towards the most… you said you don’t prefer larger handbags, so what do you always have to have with you? I love all sizes of bags, but I do end up hurting my back when I carry the larger bags. I’m 44 🤷🏼♀️ and need to downsize my bags & only carry the essentials! 😂 Thank you!!

Heather I am 67 years young and new to your channel and while we have different body types and styles, I'm still loving your fashion forward looks. For example, I gravitate to more classic pieces, like fitted blazers rather than bomber jackets and midrise jeans to fit my short torso. I love getting ready for my day whether I'm hanging around the house or out and about for an afternoon,. The powder baby blue trend is such a classic color, I just bought a fitted body suit to wear with my jean skirt and jeans and I will be heading over to check out that lovely power baby blue blazer you featured. Thanks so much for bringing us great options to chose from! Oh and good for you letting go of someone that doesn't share your goals, its a healthy choice. Just want to commend you for letting go of this fellow and moving on. My husband and I met through Facebook and we were friends for quite a while. When we finally decided we had feelings for one another he flew to my home in Florida so we could meet. I have to tell you as soon as we met, we just knew that we never wanted to be apart. He told me later that when he flew back to Oregon, he cried all the way home because he missed me so much and that was just the first time , so when you know you know! Idk why, but I love a mint green in the spring. Green matches me well- I have green eyes and any tone green works. Something about mint green, the kentucky derby, and juleps screams spring. I love baby blue as well. Sorry your guy didn't work, but at least you found out early and he was honest. Timing is everything and who knows what will happen! Don't give up girl- it only takes one:)

Please take your time dating, getting to know the person and, at least as importantly, soul searching and clarifying your priorities and preferences to yourself, and not rush into a first relationship that comes along! It's so important after coming out of a long-term relationship to proceed cautiously and make sure a new potential partner is right for you!

I am glad you’re dating, but can assure you, I’ve been single for 5-6 yrs and they’ve been the absolute very best years of my life. I’ve been going to Europe twice a year, alone, for 6 weeks at a time. Can’t imagine dragging a guy along. 😂 My life is so full, a man would have to be a freak of nature in every way for me to fit him into my life. Hi Heather, I have been watching you for probably 3 years now. I’m not a commenter, but I just have to say that I am so happy to hear you say that you stopped dating someone because you both don’t have the same intentions and you are ok with that. I believe this 100% but most women won’t let that go. I have been married to my best friend for almost 23 years. I know I am so blessed by that. I recently watched your video about your divorce. I could tell with how you spoke about that that you had come a long way and have put a lot of work into yourself. I truly admire that. You talked about red flags and such. I thought - she knows the red flags, but does she know how to keep from making the same mistakes again? I definitely think you do. My mom has been married 4 times, so I know the patterns. My best friend is going through a divorce now. I know how hard dating is and I see her making terrible choices all over again. I’m so happy to see you doing well. I purchased the black denim skirt from Express a few months ago. really cute. I also like to mix denims and wear a black denim shirt with faded light wash jeans. Re: Dating, take your time and keep listening to your inner voice. At this age, it is so important to be aligned with a partner. We have more of a history! It seems many men our age are still dealing with relationship issues from their past, making it difficult for them to see through a different lens when they date a new woman, even if they are a good guy.

I hear you. I am just-turned-60/My husband is 67. We've only been married for 3 years (Nov 2020), my second marriage and his *first! I would have luuuvvved if he had had some great children/Christian-kids/Adult-children, himself, (to 'bring to the table'). But I knew I needed to Trust God Completely (my two from my 1st marriage are 33 and 31 but both alcoholics, neither are Christ-Followers, one 'functional,' one not). Very challenging to trust God completely, and my Single Christian Adult years lasted a longgg time (16 to 23 years after that 1st marriage, depending on whether I was technically/legally single yet or not..we had reconciled for one year in 2001).
But I just kept on believing, Kept On Praying. Remarkably, my current (Christian/Good-guy/Athlete/Wonderful-Older-Man) husband (that I prayed for for so many years!) and I met through a secular online dating site LOLOL
And here I am, living in SC, and as happy as could be: am constantly thanking God.
Such an unlikely story for me, having been a 1st Gen American, Veteran, Introvert, Non-Drinker, 5'4", have lived in 7 different states (never felt I had a real home), and am estranged from both my son and my dtr....my-choice/It was eventually absolutely/Finally-necessary as I couldn'tstand their horrible/abusive treatment (via text and phone) any longer.
(husband is 6'2" and preferred tall-gals, asked blonds or redheads out mostly, and tall-ish ones)
My husband and I are a good team. We both still struggle with our own/various elements of brokenness, of course; but it is worth the challenge/challenges. And we love Voting Together and are Praying for our Beloved America together !

I do enjoy hearing your dating videos! At age 66 I am in the dating scene for 3 years and while I’m not opposed to a long term relationship I am willing to step away from those relationships where I feel I’m not ready to be exclusive. It does free those gentlemen to find the one. Can I just say I am not a fan of long denim skirts. They just don’t make me feel good. You wear them very well though

Big cuffed jeans kind of cut off the leg, in my opinion. Never cared for denim skirts or dresses, even when they were around when I was a teenager. The jackets are cute, but at a few hundred dollars for even the ‘less expensive’ item, I won’t be purchasing any of those. However, I’ll probably find something more affordable!
