Romir Talley's family wants officer fired and charged

Romir Talley was shot and killed by Wilkinsburg police officer Robert Gowans on Dec. 22, 2019. Talley's family is demanding justice. In this video, attorney Paul Jubas, representing the family, says a new witness has emerged, with new information. Jubas wants Officer Gowans fired, charged with homicide, and for the Wilkinsburg Police Department to be disbanded.
