I think in order to balance him u need to lower is attack speed to be slightly lower then red face and lower is dps as well that will make is absurd wave dps somewhat manageable when in swarms

The Eye and Mouth Holes show that it looks like the Normal Face underneath, but this has Eyes that are like Cyber Face's Eyes, but Red instead of Green, and Red Teeth for good measure. It's name is Spy Guy, and it's Assassin Bear's Rival. It's Speed and Attack Rate is faster than Shy Boy's, but not as fast as Assassin Bear's. However, what it lacks in Speed, it makes up in Strength. Not only does each Attack do more than Assassin Bear's, but it also isn't destroyed from one blast of the Cat Cannon. What do you think?
