Hi! I couldn't identify which truck you've washed on the video, but I could see a 3516 Caterpillar engine bein washed as well. So considering a truck as big as a Cat 793D, how long in average does it take to wash this machine?
Hi Glesier Oliveira, First of all, thank you for your interest in our technology and with regards to your question I can share the following information with you:
1. Dry Ice consumption in average for an 8-hour shift is between 300kg and 400kg
2. The blasting pressure should be between 90psi and 120psi.
3. For this type of applications, you should be able to clean between 15 to 20sqm per hour (sometimes more) depending on the type of contaminant that you are removing from the surface.
4. As you probably know, the main applications here are to clean specific spots of the trucks and excavators to give fitters and electricians a cleaner working environment to identify mechanical and electrical problems clearer and earlier. One of the main advantages of our process is that the equipment can be cleaned without moving them from their designated places. Many time consuming, labour intensive steps are no longer necessary, including cool down, disassembly, transport of the equipment and reassembly.
Our dry ice cleaning technology helps for better visual inspections, allowing fitters and electricians to identify problems earlier such as hot connections, and oil leaks.
Dry ice cleaning technology has improved the availability and reliability of electrical equipment by increasing the maintenance intervals.

I'm confused, I thought we were suppose to be reducing CO2 emissions not adding to them?
Hi Terry, we would like to answer your question and hopefully, it will help to avoid any confusion regarding this subject: Dry ice is made of reclaimed CO2
All dry ice used in the dry ice blasting process is made from reclaimed CO2, which is a byproduct of other industrial processes. This CO2, which would have otherwise been released into the atmosphere, is captured and given new life as dry ice. Dry ice blasting does not produce more CO2.
