She is LIEING To you Gloria, try to wake yourself up. Your so called estate has NEVER being recorded or registered on the land properly. YOU was Removed from owning anything from 1933 and all people born after 1933. This Lady is tell everyone LIES and the people watching this nonsense , has no clue that they are being LIED too. I hope you educate your self, so you don't fall victim of the FRAUD by deception this lady is committing against all the viewers that trust what she is saying?????? Their is a few more trusts but she will never tell you what they are??? including but not limited to, as their are many Trusts - #1. forms of Trust is a Business Trust. #2. forms of Trust is called a Constitutional Business Trust, The U.S. Constitution is a Business TRUST and all U.S citizens are Beneficiaries of said Constitutional Trust agreement. With in a Trust you have protected rights, per what is said in the Trust agreement. ALL Amendments are trust protected agreements, i.e. 1st Amendment to protect Free Speech etc.. 2nd Amendment , The protected right to defend yourself and family against Tyrannical Corporate government etc. 3rd Amendment Protect rights within said Trust agreement as written etc... 4th Amendment Protected trust agreement rights etc. etc. etc. etc. #3. form of Trust is called The Federal Reserve Trust agreement, and ALL U.S. Citizens are beneficiaries of said FEDERAL RESERVE Business Trust, because in 1933 the federal reserve made a deal with all future people, allowing ALL people born after 1933 to Offset - write off - Discharge ALL Public Debts including but not limited to all bank Loans, all bills, all mortgages, all public debt. The PUBLIC = Incorporated STATE, Incorporated Federal Government, incorporated CITY, incorporated SCHOOL DISTRICT, incorporate Territory etc. etc. etc. , as ALL Corporate citizens are OWNED by the federal reserve as per The Name from the Birth Certificate that is STOLEN Identity ( aka Borne Identity - simply Google search ' Are we owned by government ??? ' search result = Us citizens are owned by The United States Federal reserve, a note in the stock exchange, being traded as a commodity. THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS A Federal Reserve BANK NOTE, a debt collateral, held in a Constitutional Business trust , which ENSLAVES all U.S. Citizens as Corporate Debt Collateral ) 14th Amendment states - 1.1 Public Debt Clause. Fourteenth Amendment, Section 4: The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. SHALL NOT BE QUESTIONED??????? Why is that???? it is because , if the Federal Government answers to the question of WHO is Liable for the National Debt, The Federal corporate Government would have to admit to ENSLAVING ALL PEOPLES or Citizens of THIS LAND and world wide lands?? Slavery or Involuntary servitude was abolished in January 1st 1863 , Ratified on December 6th 1863??? Look it up. This guy takes a lot about TAXES??, but never tells you that TAXES are a VOLUNTARY PAYMENT PROGRAM. I challenge anyone to prove to yourself that YOU own any form of TAXES?? STATE ( = corporation ) Income taxes, Federal ( = Corporation ) incomes taxes, estate TAXES on personal property, etc. etc. any tax you can think of, prove to your self that you own Taxes of any kind? show yourself the so called Law?? When Corporations do NOT make laws, they create corporate Rules, Acts, regulations, statues that fall under Colorable Law = Colorable law is Corporate Rules and Regulations masquerading as LAW, in fact colorable law is not LAW. PEOPLE YOU CAN NOT CONTINUE GOING THROUGH LIFE , NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE f IS GOING ON???????????? DO SOME RESEARCH ON THE TOPICS MENTIONED IN THIS COMMENT, for your OWN Benefit???? Enjoy your days being FREE if you even stand up to the Bullies in your lives ......... LOL?

SHE IS LIEING to you, it is sad to see that people commenting have NO CLUE , what they are listening to, and refuse to do their own research to verify that she or any so called Trust lawyer is telling you the truth, The Blind leading the Blind as they say.... ?? THEIR is NO estate Trust that protects one's estate because YOUR so called estate has NEVER been recorded or registered properly on the land. How can you verify this information shared, by looking at your Property tax bill and the Fictitious name on said property tax bill. #.1 pay attention to how many acres you pay tax on? Land is property, if you see ZERO acres of land that you are paying taxes on, that is a MASSIVE red flag? . #2. The name as written on your Property tax information is NOT YOU another MASSIVE RED FLAG. Your FULL LEGAL NAME includes in the following order... Your Given Name and your last name. Your given name is your first and middle name IS your given name, then your Last/fathers name. Does not matter if you are married or single. So for example, Your displayed name is Louisa Keddell, now if your name was written in all caps e.g. LOUISA KEDDELL - this all caps description is not you, it is a fictitious name created by someone else, and it is fraud against you. If you have a middle name? lets say your middle name is Clair?

Lol - an excellent and relevant point (real life v. exams).
I plan (and pretty much have a job waiting for me) to work in the DA's office in Alaska (where I was stationed and still have a house) - and I mention that because this isn't going to be my "field of expertise" - but, that said, having an experienced and articulate attorney break it down so that even a layperson (or, worse, a law student, lol) can understand, was very helpful.
I wish you the best in your practice and look forward to seeing more of your videos to help me better understand this important aspect of the law.

      To add:
I retired from the military and gave great thought to what I wanted to do. For brevity I'll keep this short:
      1) I wanted a job that elevated my life.
      2) I wanted a job that would help financially secure my future.
      3) I wanted a job that when I came home at night if I told my wife what I had done that day that she would look at me with pride and think "this is the man I married"
I then picked "Working the DA's office" - and we plan to return to Alaska (our home) and that will be my second career until I finally "really retire."
I thank you for your kind words, and as my 2L year closes I now know "I'm going to make it" - and, yes, I am also very hopeful as to my future and glad I have made this journey.

    hello
your video is very interesting and easy to understand the initial process of a trust.
I have a couple question if you could clarify, my appreciation in advance.
    1. I read that in a Irrevocable living trust changes are not allowed. Is that true? So, if I have a property in this kind of trust, I can not sell the property or make any change to it? what kind of restrictions are included in this kind of trust?
    2. If husband and wife do a trust can they be the trustee of each other in a revocable or irrevocable living trust? Can one be the beneficiary of the other?

    • @FamilyAgingLawCenter
      @FamilyAgingLawCenter  5 лет назад

In some types of irrevocable trusts, you can make changes. This is a specialty area that attorneys like myself can help in. Spouses can be each other's beneficiaries, but it needs to be set up properly if you are trying to achieve asset protection.

Greetings, from Atlanta! What about vehicles? Can we put our cars into an irrevocable trust?

I have most of my CD's set up with a payable on death clause. The cash is going to a charity I support. I do have some money set aside for my brothers. I also have a corporate executor through my bank.
Speaking of trusts, I am a co-trustee for my Mom's Estate. Unfortunately, the distribution is not going smoothly. One beneficiary is upset about the amount of money that she is receiving, another beneficiary has his money in a spendthrift trust where he only receives so much per month.
