Hi Mr. Yan, the Estate Plan Trust cost us 50% in Litigation when the $8000.00 Estate Planner ran from the plan. There are complex administrative steps RUclips Lawyers, NICER 837PC Citizens, and Sheriffs are learning to make the trust work, like plan, fund, record, defend, trust guardian validate, mentor grantors, monitor trustees, referee grantees, trusted advisor certify rightful heirs, inventory, appraise, gift small expensive items and weapons legally before they march, transfer, distribute, and about 15 additional steps to settle administrations with a Hollywood Style Pro Bono Trust Reading, so Drew Barrymore and Cher's heirs get their shares.
This is amazing information. I desire to put my home and my bank accounts in a trust. I recently found out that if the county asks you for your trust, you are not obligated to give it to them. The purpose of the trust is to keep the identity private. As a realtor, I also want to help others put their home in a trust.
Hi Edmund. I took your free class and purchased your trust course last year to set up my dad's living trust. I'm so grateful and it was divine timing. I had told my dad we needed to get his affairs in order for him and our property. He called and finally told me yes! I completed your course, helped him set up his trust, pour over Will, advance directive, end-of-life plans, the full estate. Again divine timing! A few months ago, my dad was diagnosed with neurovascular disease, which become dementia. If it wasn't for you listening and being obedient to Holy Spirit, I might still be trying to figure this out on a budget. You're a total blessing brother. Anyway, I have a question. I, myself, have an IRREVOCABLE trust named using my full name (First name, Middle name, 1st Last name, 2nd Last name) (I am Latino so I have my paternal and maternal last names). I need to create my revocable living trust. I don't think I can use my full name again, correct? Am I able to use a variant? Such as my first name, 1st Last name? Or perhaps my initials and 1st Last name? Thank you again for your help.
