    so impressive. cool to see him incorporate regular ohp. I would love to see a training on how they teach lifters to reset like that for the jerk

      To reset for the jerk you have to open your chest and open your grip until the barbell is NOT resting on your palms. I.e. when you feel you can move your hands freely and the barbell is only laying on your chest and shoulder you have it set right.
