I was worried you were going to scratch your arm on that messed up down spout! Thanks for the video and I enjoyed all of your explanations through your thought process.
Where were you in January Ollie!? We were getting withdrawal symptoms. Please start and stop Honda 3 or 4 times in your next video so we can get our fix and make up for lost time. Love your channel
Great idea to run the pipework along the wall, and join it into the new system. When it rains, there should be enough fall to keep the pipe to the road clear.
Really cool episode and baby rat is fully competent for this job! Kudos to the customer with the idea to run it outside the wall! Ollie keep thinking in drains and pipes and he remembered him, that there is a world above :D
I love how youre so professional at your job you didnt even think about above ground pipe , the difference between a man who loves to dig and get dirty and one who doesnt haha great vid bud as always
Great video, another fine job by Ollie and the crew.another badge for you, ground detective.still amazes me you really never run across something that is identical in repair’s.just keep doing what your doing and carry on.👍👍👍👍😎😎😎😎
Oh man Ollie and baby rat. I thought for sure on several occasions you were going to slice your arm wide open on that down spout! Jesus is protecting you for sure 🙏. Great one guys. This had a little bit of everything I like. Well done!

Thank you for the entomology lesson on the lifecycle of the cicada! I bet you wanted to rip that angle piece of downspout off so you could get to that drain! That would’ve drove me nuts
DA Sunday. Yay! And oddly bonus Corn! 🐀 🌽🤣 Excellent detective work. Impressive how you can find pipes by sound and vibration! Cheers Ollie and Baby Rat.

Ollie it may make life a lot easier if you had a spade shovel it only about 5" across and you can get it threw the roots a lot easier. I love the video's that you do!
You have the knack for figuring out the weird pipes. I think you have a corn fairy following you around. Only one kernel for baby rat cause he worked!. Again all good!
First impressions: Nice yard, not all junky like a third world hovel (it's what I notice now most of all). But what's consistent in ALL episodes is Ollie's quality of work, and his patience. Good on ya sir.
The Ornamental touch. Raising the neighborhood property values by adding classic outdoor plumbing onto the side of a relatively new house. Capital idea.
Is it an option to _add_ an outlet on the street, and extend the existing line beyond the absorption trench? Or is it already below street level where it ends?
Ollie, you mentioned about the Cicada living under the earth for a while... well, a Cicada actually lives 5 - 9yrs underground as "nymphs" before they emerge to shed that shell and pump blood into their wings. You have probably seen the nymphs when digging around a tree, they look a little like a wingless slow cockroach 🪳 They emerge after all that time underground to try and mate with females so the females can grow eggs and get them to the ground in the 3 week above ground life that have! They have a pretty challenging life! ...baby rat was pretty busy in this job, thumbs up baby rattie 🐀 !
There are several hundred species of cicada in Australia as opposed to North America which have seven. But they still are noisy sons of guns and ugly too except to another cicada. Long drain runs underground ! Looks like an expensive fix for Stanley.
I hope you have an Army of employees where you REQUIRE them to talk to "rats", wear POV camera mounts, and swing their arms while they walk as if they are marching to a military cadence! xD You sir, are a legend! 🙏🐀
