My house is down a small private, no exit drive shared with a number of houses (mostly houses that were built and owned by the original property owner and family). Our sewer water isn't directly hooked up to the public sewer mains. Instead, when the place was built, they hooked it up to a small pump house, which our neighbours now charge us 'maintenance fees' for. I don't know how legit that is, but I moved in after the arrangement was set up. They claim they have to do yearly maintenance on it, but I've never seen them do it. I did, however, see one of their vehicles roll down their drive and smash into the pump house because they didn't put on their parking break.
The Ornamental touch. Raising the neighborhood property values by adding classic outdoor plumbing onto the side of a relatively new house. Capital idea.
First impressions: Nice yard, not all junky like a third world hovel (it's what I notice now most of all). But what's consistent in ALL episodes is Ollie's quality of work, and his patience. Good on ya sir.

Ollie, you mentioned about the Cicada living under the earth for a while... well, a Cicada actually lives 5 - 9yrs underground as "nymphs" before they emerge to shed that shell and pump blood into their wings. You have probably seen the nymphs when digging around a tree, they look a little like a wingless slow cockroach 🪳 They emerge after all that time underground to try and mate with females so the females can grow eggs and get them to the ground in the 3 week above ground life that have! They have a pretty challenging life! ...baby rat was pretty busy in this job, thumbs up baby rattie 🐀 !
There are several hundred species of cicada in Australia as opposed to North America which have seven. But they still are noisy sons of guns and ugly too except to another cicada. Long drain runs underground ! Looks like an expensive fix for Stanley.
@@DrainAddict yeah we have the 17 year brood and the 13 year brood and we have ones that come every year but not that many. Also I lied last summer the 17 year brood saw BILLONS across the mid Atlantic…. Crazy
