Drop dead gorgeous. A large "mudroom" reception area/pantry from the garage (looks like it) with a sink and a mini bar area where you can come in and have a cup of coffee waiting for before you even enter the rest of the home is such a fantastic, luxurious touch.

It’s a nice home for a parade of homes type of build. I’ve been doing custom millwork in Vancouver B.C. high end homes for over 30 yrs.
Some of the builds we do are ridiculous. Anywhere from $1000 to $3000 per sq. ft. They make this home look simple by comparison. But I would love to have something like this.

Beautiful house. I love the combination of red brick and dark slats to create a Euro feel. Is there a floor plan? I love to sit and wander through the house via the floor plan seeing how rooms relate to one another.

I don’t think the floor plans are public after the parade. If you go to the website for the Utah Valley Parade of Homes (google) you can get info about the virtual parade which gives you access to virtual tours.

Why are the basketball hoops on the long sides of the court and not the far faces?

I think it’s so they get a true court width. If it’s on the short side, the court would be too narrow for corner 3 shots.
