Kumar Vishwas Speaks on Help U Trust 93 Birthday of Gopal Das Neeraj

Poetry runs in the veins and oozes from every pore of his being. He is famous poet Padmabhushan Dr. Gopal Das Neeraj. He is an epitome of that is right with the world of words in Hindi and Urdu.
As for the last three years the Help U Educational & Charitable Trust celebrated the 93rd birthday of acclaimed poet Dr. Gopal Das Neeraj in Mercury Auditorium of the Indira Gandhi Pratisthan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Dr. Neeraj is Patron of the Help U Educational & Charitable Trust which is engaged in the promotion of literary and cultural activities. The youth icon and Chief Minister of U.P. Hon’ble Shri Akhilesh Yadav was felicitated by the Help U Educational & Charitable Trust on with JANNAYAK SAMMAN on this occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Shri Akhilesh Yadav - C.M said that Help U Educational and Charitable Trust is engaged in the service of the needy and poor people besides promoting literary and cultural activities. He lauded the efforts made by the founder trustee of the Trust Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal, who always extends helping hand to the persons in need. Shri Yadav said that the Trust is also doing commendable task in eradication of social evils from the society. Opening a new chapter balanced development of all the sectors and people of Uttar Pradesh as well, the youth chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh was honored with ‘JANNAYAK SAMMAN’ on the occasion by the veteran poet Dr. Gopal Das Neeraj.
Excited on the occasion with large gathering Neeraj Ji said that I am happy to see that my well wishes are present on the occasion to bless me and it has added a few more years to my life. Veteran nonagenarian poet said that he started composing poetry when he was 17 years of age. Since then he is continuously writing and making all out efforts to add richness to the treasure of hindi poetry. He said that he composed songs for films, only for a brief period of five years. But composing poetry in his passion.
Recitation of poetry in ‘Kavi Sammelan’s’ has become a poet of his creative life. Even at the ripe age of 93 years he actively participates in ‘Kavi Sammelan’ while sitting on wheel chair. He said that I am personally thankful to Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal, the founder trustee of Help U Educational & Charitable Trust and Dr Rupal Agarwal, who are celebrating my birthday for last four years with all the enthusiasm.
Speaking on the occasion founder trustee of Help U Educational & Charitable Trust Shri Harsh Vardhan Agarwal Said that we all have assembled here to celebrate the 93rd birthday of the veteran poet Dr. Gopal Das Neeraj Ji in whose veins the poetry and songs run. Playing with words of hindi and urdu language is hobby which produces lovely songs and everlasting hindi poetry. At the ripe age of 93 years he loves to recite him compositions in Kavi Sammelans and it is his passion.
Shri Agarwal said it is a matter of great pleasure for me that youth and energetic Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Akhilesh Yadav came here and attend the birthday celebration of veteran poet. I am happy that Neeraj Ji honored the Chief Minister with JAN NAYAK SAMMAN of Help U Educational & Charitable Trust.
With a view to add glamour to the birthday celebration is the Trust invited the famous poet Dr. Kumar Vishwas to present his recitation of poetry based on the songs and poetry composed by Dr. Gopal Das Neeraj.
President of the cultural wing of the Help U Educational & Charitable Trust, Padamshree Anup Jalota, Ghazal Singer from Mumbai, Shri Vivek Prakash and Shri Mithilesh Lucknowi presented the programme based on the songs of the films, composed by Dr. Gopal Das Neeraj.
The programme started with traditional rituals of the recitation of Vedic Mantras. To bless the occasion of birthday the cake cutting ceremony was also performed. The programe started with the recitation of National Anthem. Senior administrative officer’s dignitaries from social and political fields were present to bless the occasion.

Hon’ble Chief Minister didn’t attended the programme personally at Indira Gandhi Pratisthan due to Election Code of Conduct. He said above words at his official residence, where he was honored by Jammayak Samman as well.
