      Thanks! Since I take so many small clips where I keep changing illumination, camera sensor and objectives, it gets kind of hard to track all the details. In the end, also the size of the actual display we use to see the videos also would make a difference in the perceived zoom. I general, for these shots I used the 20x and 40x objectives though. These particular organisms are around the 500um size in general, give or take.

      @@TheUnseenWorld-bs1xs just one frame with the approximate size will give the valuable clue as most individuals of the same familly would be average shape!

      @@jarmengolalbanell that's a good point. One of the cameras comes with a tool to calibrate a size ruler on top of the images so will give it a try in a future video :) Thanks for the feedback!
