Guys that juice and have "scheduled" testing dates know how to beat the system and can still gain the benefits from the drug. Did Ryan do this? IDK. An anti-doping agency is under extreme scrutiny and won't just make this kind of thing up to favor another fighter. If the guy had the drug in his system, he had the drug in his system. It's really that simple. Could have been a false positive and the re-testing will determine the final results. If Ryan did cheat, he may have miscalculated his last dose and did not fully metabolize the Ostarine in his system by fight night.
Ostarine, in which the drug is “Enobosarm” - it has a half life of hours. This means that if you take 10mg hypothetically, after 24 hours you'd have around 5mg left on your body. After 48, it would probably be completely metabolised.

Ryan Garcia is a social Media personality "celebrity" that's about it. Garcia not a world class champion, or athlete. He is an above average fighter with a huge social media, specifically female following. He's great at marketing & promotion (or not?), not supreme boxing ability. So yes, why wouldn't Nevada Commission want to capitalize from his social Media status. The problem is at what and who's expense? Are they willing to jeopardize the already shaky reputation of the sports integrity with his bizarre antics for a few dollars? Boxing's uncertain future snd the already dwindling fan interests "lies" on this decision. If I'm apart of this commission I would want nothing to do with a loose cannon like Garcia. As for the fight, I'm recording the fight a "no contest" and suspending him for at least a year. Garcia would get a 3 strike warning with random Peds etc. testing, and psychological evaluations( brain trauma) for the remainder of his career. Garcia is bad for the sport in every aspect. He's mentally unstable snd needs serious help.(drugs?) Hopefully Haney doesn't reward this cheater with a rematch.
