This is a terrible building and you do not want to live here. The management will treat your like you'r living in Wasco State Prison.
They say things like, 'No! You need to listen to me!'
Or, 'I am trying to help you but you are not cooperating!'
They don't know how to be concierge and instead they unload all of their anger and frustrations on the residents.
