The idea is actually decent, I think they should have made a kit and add cameras that the owner puts inside the home, they should have also made it so the owner or seller could remotely open/ lock the door instead of a key that could be stolen or lost, I think if they have done that it would have be way better, also they should have made it so the seller/ shower can speak through speakers to the person looking at the home! I think that would be one of a kind experience, also there software should have high security

Yeah, and out of business, and now selling CBD Oil out of a shop. He wasn't able to sell Toor, and it was BECAUSE of the added feature of people being able to take a tour with out anyone else around. One shark even said, "the app lock thing already exists, but used by the agent!".
The real estate agents dont like being cut out of a deal like that! For the agent, it's all about being there to make the sale.

The reason I feel that Mark and Mike got annoyed by Lori and Damien is because everyone knew the potential of Scholly. They knew that an algorithm like Scholly has a potential to be more than just being a scholarship app. If they allowed the man to answer what the backend engine was about I'm sure the offers would have been more than Lori and Damien could or would be willing to offer. A hardware like that can be sold to other company's to the tones of aerotech or military compounds. Mike and Mark definitely got robbed of an opportunity that could potentially have done more. And I agree with Kevin where he told them that they basically forced the man to say yes without even letting him hear the other offers. In Lori and Damien's eyes this was an opportunity to good to let go.

“I would rather work 80 hours a week to make $50k and work for myself, than have a $75-100k job working for somebody else.” Yes! Me too. But the struggle of self employment isn’t for everyone. For some people, a paycheck is worth far more than the dollar amount written on the check. Stability can be priceless.
My first business made massive profit, but I was crushed by anxiety and eventually I fell apart. I’m talking a full nervous breakdown. I needed to take a job for 3 years as I healed.
After finally confronting my issues and truly healing, the anxiety is gone, and I absolutely love self employment! I can’t imagine working for someone else. And I’m making a 5th of what I did in my first business.
I say all this because I know there are people out there struggling with anxiety, thinking there’s something wrong with them because they can’t handle the pressure of working for themselves. It isn’t for everyone. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. Peace of mind is worth far more to me than profit.
