Tom i am not understanding the basic here, i think so you should first clearly explain the thing or part which is moving? In this case i am not understanding either its bed on which workpiece is moving or the spindle which is rotating is also moving?

Hey tom, do you have a video to explain how to find out the R value of the ID or ODs, when G02 or G03 is used.
last video you had, the R value you had was .500" for the .750" radius fillet you gotta use brain acrobatics to figure all those haha.
I saw your "I" "J" video of arcs G17 that made a lot of sense, thanks a lot

Where's this video from. I'm from New Zealand and we drive on the left side. So we also drive our cutters anti-clockwise when cutting perimeter.

In class we are cutting low carbon steel on the CNC. Since I am climb milling should I take lighter cuts still like on the Manual? Or
Would it still be about 1/2 the cutter diameter even though I am climbing?
I am milling out a circle.
    Thank you in advance.

You should always climb cut on a CNC mill. I know that a manual mill tends to jump but the CNC mill is much tighter because of the ball screw. Thanks for watching. Tom
