- In this vlog we head to Universal Orlando Resort and experience a variety of different rides and attractions across both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure! This includes Charlotte’s first ever ride on Jurassic World VelociCoaster, a spectacular Intamin Double Launch Coaster that opened in 2021. We also ride the Hulk Coaster, Rip Ride Rockit and many more awesome attractions. Along with that we step back into The Wizarding World of Harry Potter with footage from inside Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade!

27:45 Yeah, the Bourne show was incredible. Went in with no clue what to expect and was blown away. 30:05 I absolutely adore E.T.'s queue and the ride. The smell too, they even sell candles of the smell haha. It's so old school and great. I feel like I read years ago that Arrow was involved in the track or train of E.T. I really miss Kongfrontation and Jaws.... like, a lot. Back to the Future was okay but those 2 with E.T. were my favorite growing up.
Agree about ET. I first got on it in 96 and was blown away! It's the one dark ride that sticks with me from childhood and never loses its nostalgia.

25:57 The exact same thing happened to us when we went about a week ago! We waited around an hour, got to the very end of the room with the motorbikes on the roof and the weather announcement came through 😅 Massive shame but that queue line felt like an attraction in and of itself so we weren't too worried lol
Edit: The Mummy must have just reopened because that was closed when we went as well. Great vlog Shawn 👍

Loved this vlog; it makes me long to return. So much we’ve not experienced: Hagrid’s, Velocicoaster, Bourne. IOA is one of my all time favourite parks. Totally agree with Charlotte on the cauldron cake - I didn’t like mine at all. I don’t think the sweet treats are all that great tbh and very overpriced. Night is so beautiful there. Looking forward to the rest.
we loved it as you - simple queuing too - Disney was literally a nightmare of upsells, lightning lane and virtual queues. Long live simple queuing like Universal - Rip Ride Rocket is king for me, the kids - Velocicoaster, ofcoarse.

Can’t believe we bumped into you here outside the Jurassic Park gates. So nice to meet you both and made our day even more memorable! I have to agree with Charlotte on the Hulk. It’s hard to enjoy some of those older coasters now that we’re spoilt with the likes of Velocicoaster, Hagrids and Iron Gwazi. Might just be a sign that I’m getting older though as all those positive G’s on the older ones take it out of me haha. Hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Orlando and maybe we’ll see you again 😊

I also love Universal and Islands of Ad. Empty park b/c all schools in session since late August all over the USA, and as Universal draws an older crowd (H.S.-College) less visitors. Great vid. My son says it's been raining every day in Tampa these past 4 weeks. Don't know when you were actually there but hope you stayed dry !!!

It’s great that you both managed to get back to one of the best theme parks, in my opinion in Florida. So glad Charlotte enjoyed Velocicoaster what an amazing ride. Even better at night. Wow, amazing vlog from both of you, really enjoyed. Orlando Universal Resort has a lot of amazing looking attractions, my dream holiday. Hopefully will visit one day in the future? When not sure? But rides look epic, can you still film pov's on attractions, coasters and rides via permission? Or not at all? Because wondering if we will ever get anymore POV's on any attractions, coasters and rides while on your Florida trip? Miss seeing POV's on rides & coasters and think this is something all & everyone with a go pro mount on head, chest or arm should be allowed to do. Especially as thats what they were invented partly for. Love the theming on Jurassic World's new rollercoaster, hoping if resort in Swanscombe is built. We will receive theming & hopefully coaster types on that scale, especially looking at rides & coasters and attractions types in Universal, Disney, Epcot and more. But I guess will have to see. But anyways, cheers for filming, editing, uploading and sharing. 😀👍

Another full day. I loved Charlotte’s excitement of riding The VelociCoaster for the first time. So many other great rides with surprisingly low wait times. Islands is a great thrill park and one I definitely miss not being able to transfer on to rides anymore. Lovely to be shown around though. So thanks for sharing.

I can’t believe I was in universal at the same time as you and Charlotte, and I didn’t bump into you both, I got home yesterday, I took my 4 grandsons we had a great time. A epic vlog as always Shawn and Charlotte! I so wish that I could ride coasters and screen based rides but due to health issues I can't sadly but I get the next best thing by watching this channel. I think one of my favourite things about the Florida theme parks is how good the ride queue lines are. It must make a lot of difference. Even more so with families with young children as I expect that having fun queues will help to ease the boredom of waiting in line.

Was there a couple of weeks ago for a holiday, it was incredible, went on everything and nothing will ever beat it
I think Hulk does need the new vest restraints as for me it's a headbanging machine. I came off with a painful headache.

It has gotten so much hate over the years but I absolutely love it to bits.
It’s not one of my favourites, however it does offer a good fun layout on the front!

I loved Universal when we went! Hulk was my fav, obviously a lot has gone up since 2007! Charlotte beamed in this one, nice to see her back to one of her favourite parks! I did reply to your message from yesterday. I know she's not expecting lol but a lot of people are assuming that's the big news, just putting them right as she wouldn't be on coasters if she was. I'm glad I didn't miss out on anything for both of my pregnancies but both of mine were planned! Xxx

I went as a child in 2011, seeing everything brings so many memories back! My girlfriend has never been to Florida and would love to go but it breaks my heart as we can’t really afford to go as we’re just Uni students😢. Your videos are the closest we can get so Thankyou so much for sharing❤

I’m so nervous about velocicoaster but I love the hulk! So Charlotte saying that hulk is a lot more intense makes me feel better because if I can handle the hulk I should be fine with velocicoaster! It’s just that top hat I’m nervous of! 😂

You can see various maps of the parks and rides by either downloading on Universals main website or just type in the park on the internet and maps should be there somewhere.

Loving the videos from Florida so far! Was just wondering what your thoughts are on 3D becoming more popular on rides? I unfortunately can't see 3D due to an eye condition so the likes of Ratatouille etc. aren't very enjoyable for me and just give me headaches. I really hope that it's not something that's going to become even more common on rides but I understand it must be quite cool for people who can see 3D!
