Two systems are there one is Hot well and cold well concept in that secondary return water comes to hot well 2nd concept is return water comes to chiller primary suction header Direct secondary water will not return to evaporator
We have 3 air cooled chiller units each chiller unit have 4 compressor.but two compressor only working in each chiller unit. why balance compressor are not working? Any any one have answer please reply it.

That is called single circuited system, now a days these systems are randomly used in the Havc system. For your information, this type can be only used in HVAC system, we cannot use this for process requirements.
